Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Danba

I’ve been travelling in China for a few months now and this is by far the best homestay I’ve been at. The homestay has a beautiful garden where the owner grows her own crops. You have a beautiful view of Zhonglu ******* Village where you can spot multiple watch towers. There’s a viewing spot of the whole village not too far away from the homestay. The owner herself is very hospitable and will try to help as much as she can. She is an amazing cook and only uses vegetables she has grown herself. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve really enjoyed my stay and I hope to come back in the future.

Words are not enough to describe my experience here. Hosts are amazing. They welcomed me in their wonderful local house, and I felt like at home from the beginning. I shared the meals with them, and food was more than delicious and original! There's a garden and all the fruits and vegetables come from there. Eggs, milk, meats and butter are locally sourced. The room was spacious, very comfortable, well decorated with original ******* design. The toilet was clean and hot water was always available. There's a rooftop from where you can admire the stunning landscapes. I miss this place and my friends so much: I'll definitely go back because this place is unique and unforgettable. The accommodation is very nice, located at a remote area right outside of Danba (25 minutes ride). If you stay here, don’t pack a tight schedule and enjoy the morning in the village and the scenery The host is also very friendly and nice and waited for us to check in late at night

We stayed with friends at this wonderful hotel and were satisfied! The rooms are cozy, clean, there is a stunning view of nature around, and the price is very pleasant. The interior of the hotel is decorated in a traditional style, which allows you to feel immersed in the local culture. In addition, the hosts are an incredibly friendly family that creates a truly homely atmosphere. They are very nice, cook delicious food and apples grow in their garden, which they treat the guests with! The owners are also very responsive - when I forgot the cape, they brought it to me in Danba, while again treating me to delicious fruits. Special thanks for the help with transportation and willingness to help with any questions that arise! If I have the opportunity to return to the neighborhood, I will choose this hotel!

民宿在梭坡藏寨半山腰突出的位置，面前沒有阻擋，在房間裏就能看到大渡河對面的山景。三樓的露台視野更好。三樓還有個茶室，老闆娘會很熱情地邀請客人一起喝茶。茶室裏還放着古今中外的書，可隨意借看。民宿的主體是有三百多年歷史的嘉絨藏族石木結構民居，老闆一家就住裏面。客人使用的副樓是新建的仿古藏式民居，但配備了空調、抽水馬桶、電熱水器等一切現代設施。房間寬敞明亮乾燥衞生。床睡着很舒服。而且因為他家是在一條小巷的盡頭，所以很安靜。民宿有很大的專用停車場，帶鎖的很安全。停車場旁邊就是通往碉樓羣的徒步小道，5分鐘就能走到碉樓博物館。房費是包含早餐的，雖簡單但好吃，饅頭不限量供應絕對能吃飽。老闆和老闆娘都熱情健談，住在這能瞭解很多當地的歷史、文化、風俗☺️

The hotel owner are very very kind, we arrived late so we were worried that there will be nothing to eat. So the owner took us to her friend restaurant, which already close and ask them if they can cook for us ! And then we discovered that she knows everybody in town, everybody are so nice and kind. they invited us to take a rest in their home, play with their kid, shared some local drink. We had a very good experience there, lots of good memory happened here in one night, highly recommended! And !They even have ancient observation tower in the hotel !

房間乾淨整潔，空調很給力，二三十平米的房間空調暖風都能讓整個房間暖和起來。標間的床都是一米七的，一個標間住4個人完全沒有問題。早上還有雞蛋、稀飯、饅頭吃。有充電樁。全天1塊錢一度電在川西簡直不要太便宜。山上風景我很不錯，老闆很熱情很熱心，幫忙提行李，走之前還送了自家的梨。好評

Best hotel I have stayed in this trip along the sichuan-tibet road so far! It’s a boutique hotel built by the local rail construction company, with 5 star amenities like Japanese flush toilet, bathroom with nice shampoo and body foam, electric blinds, air conditioner / heater. Nothing much to do at night so I enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. The town of Zhonglu is quite isolated so you have to try to get a car ride up or find a driver. I hitched a ride. Most chinese tourists drive their own car up. I had 2 meals at the hotel, because there’s nothing much to eat around the area. You can order and they cook it on the spot.

丹巴甲居藏寨之行，最難忘的莫過於入住這間充滿溫度的民宿。 民宿坐落在田野之間，推開窗便能看見遠方高山，周圍環繞著玉米田、核桃樹、李樹、桃樹與蘋果樹，充滿大自然的氣息。院子裡種滿主人精心照料的花草與多肉植物，處處都能感受到生活的美好與用心。 在這座傳統藏寨裡，來自中國各地的旅人因緣相聚。早晨，大家圍坐在庭院中，享用老闆親手準備的藏式早餐，一邊品嚐美食，一邊分享各自旅途中的故事與所見所聞。這樣簡單而真誠的交流，讓旅途多了一份人情味。 入住第一天，老闆熱情地開車載我前往觀景台，欣賞甲居藏寨壯麗的全景；離開時，也貼心地幫忙預約前往新都橋的車輛，並安排人送我下山搭車。一路上的照顧，讓獨自旅行的我感受到滿滿的安心與溫暖。 入夜後，民宿展現出另一種魅力。仰望星空，聆聽山林間此起彼落的蟲鳴，伴隨著微風拂過，沒有城市的燈火與喧鬧，只有山野特有的靜謐，讓人慢慢放鬆下來。 男主人廚藝精湛，入住期間很推薦品嚐他的拿手料理；女主人則是一位熱愛園藝的人，院子裡每一株花草、多肉，都是她親手栽培與照料的成果。 房間為溫馨的木造設計，乾淨舒適，窗外就是一片翠綠山景。更令人驚喜的是，民宿前的李子樹結滿果實，主人毫不藏私，邀請旅人自由採摘，品嚐山間最新鮮甜美的滋味。 如果想在甲居藏寨感受自然、人情與慢生活，這裡會是一個讓人想再回訪的地方。

We took a local taxi from Siguniang (400rmb for two). The guesthouse in Zhonglu village is wonderful, fresh air with a great view all around. The boss and the lady are very friendly. We were given Chinese pears, plums and apples from their garden on arrival and after check out. The breakfast and dinner were great as mentioned by other reviewers. We walked on a very nice loop road, passing a viewing platform, seeing several watchtowers on the way as well. The boss called us a taxi (70rmb) to Danba bus station. We are so glad to stay in Zhonglu instead of Danba.
