"This place is amazing. We had a view of the slopes so a definite plus. 😊 Unit is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Best is that you can just walk out about 100m to the slopes. I did have an issue one night when my room was filled with cigarette smoke so much so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open in sub-zero temperatures. When I feedback the next day, they were extremely apologetic and their customer service contacted me to ask for more info and they sent a fruit platter as an apology. My kids have decided that this is going to be their future destination for skiing because of the convenience as well as the snow conditions. One thing that puzzled all of us though but it didn't distract from the stay. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The room with the twin beds seemed to have the bigger and better bathroom with a bathtub. But the room with a big bed had a smaller bathroom and shower stall only. Again, didn't mess anything of our stay up but we were just really puzzled about it."

"這個酒店的地理位置很好，馬路對面就是池西旅遊集散中心，走過去幾分鐘就可到，從長白山西站打車過來十幾分鍾就可以到酒店，前台人員熱情專業入住329房是走廊最後一間，總體房間乾淨整潔，但這間房有個問題用水或者隔壁上下房間用水都會有金屬敲擊的聲音，夜深人靜的時候特別明顯向前台提出，稱等我們退房了再去修理，為什麼不是馬上去修理不理解，第二天晚上還是遭遇這種情況。第二天早餐7:30到達，有些菜品已經吃剩不多，直到7:45了我們離開了還沒添加，希望這個有改善！"

"Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars."

"When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。"

"Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again."

"酒店是新裝修的，但是沒有味道， 前台 也非常nice， 看孩子對機器人感興趣，就説把拖鞋用機器人送房間，孩子很高興，房間裏的床也很舒服， 如果是要去看天池的，住這裏簡直不要太方便，對面就是歐亞，裏面有孩子玩的地方，我們前一天到達酒店，帶孩子去歐亞玩了一下午，第二天早上最早一趟去天池，非常完美。"

"I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'."

"First time skiing in China - Chang Bai Shan Swissotel. The customer experience was not bad, excluding the experience that no one can speak any English, making it very difficult for us. I would like to give a thumbs up to both Allan and Herman. They were very helpful for us, with prompt responses on WeChat. They were very patient and kind, even though we cannot speak Mandarin fluently. Kudos to both of them. 101 stars! The hotel restaurant experience wasn’t that good for our first morning. We had to line up for the table, and the food variety could be better. Room cleanliness is quite bad, not clean at all, especially in the bathroom. There are a lot of hairs from previous stays, I guess. However, the room service is quite good."
