"## 🏨 Informazioni Generali * Tipologia di camera: superior Queen (7° piano) * Periodo del soggiorno: 10-13 agosto 2026 * Tipo di viaggio: coppia ## 👍 Punti Forti * Hotel nuovo. * Posizione e logistica: contesto urbano molto gradevole con vista sulla scultura 'Bubble'. Numerosi ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze e market. Zona molto vitale soprattutto la sera. * Vista dalla camera sul piazzale alberato, l'arena e la Bubble: molto piacevole (ampia finestra). * Profumazione degli ambienti: odore fresco e accogliente nelle aree comuni e nella camera. * Pulizia e ordine: Stato impeccabile degli spazi e dei tessuti. * Tendaggi: in ottimo stato, comodi da gestire e di diverso spessore. * Comfort: letto e cuscini morbidi al punto giusto * Biancheria: ottima. * Impianti: semplice gestione luci (ampia scelta molto ben studiate); climatizzazione perfetta, silenziosissima. * Attenzione all'ambiente (prodotti da bagno fissati a muro e non singoli flaconcini) e in generale propensione a limitare gli sprechi. * Uso gratuito di lavatrice (già fornita di detersivo) e dryer apprezzatissimo! Una signora gentile monitora la situazione e mantiene l'ordine. Nessun affollamento, pulizia costante, facilità di uso delle macchine. * Spazi comuni ampi, comodi, puliti, accoglienti. * Colazione (orientale): servita in una bella sala con luce naturale, ottimi prodotti e ampia scelta. Buon caffè. Staff rapido e attento nel gestire i momenti di punta. * Personale in generale: gentile e professionale (alcuni elementi con conoscenza inglese), capacità di gestire esigenze. ## 👎 Punti Deboli * Uso della plastica per proteggere gli asciugamani: apprezzabile da un lato ma la plastica va sempre limitata. * Gli asciugamani appesi non dovrebbero essere cambiati. ## 💡 Consigli * Si avverte raramente odore di fumo soprattutto al piano terra: sarebbe auspicabile che l'intera struttura venisse mantenuta 'smoking free'. * Incentivare il personale a studiare le lingue straniere perlomeno l'inglese. * Schermare le unità esterne della climatizzazione visibili dalla finestra della camera all'ultimo piano."

"衞生乾淨整潔，環境不錯，休息的蠻舒服的，早餐味道不錯，種類挺豐富的，早餐廚師的醃蘿蔔好吃，吃的很滿意，酒店也很智能，有24小時在線的智能小管家，負責送東西的小機器人，前台解決問題很快，態度也很好，~很不錯的入住體驗！"

"Close to train station, overall good location. Friendly staff. Clean room. They change towels and bring new toileteries everyday. Wifi was not working in our room, but we connected to another wifi. Wifi on avarage was working only until 23:00 after that it was not working at all. It shows signal but no connection. We enjoyed the spacious room and the water kettle to make tea for ourself. Shower and toilet is separate! Very good feature. The room was hot even when the weather was extra cold outside -15°C. Breakfast is ok for Chinese standard. Foreigner friends, I suggest skipping breakfast. It is noodles, rice and stuff that you eat for lunch 🤣 there was also eggs , pickles and dumpling (without any filling), and some kind of yellow porrige. Only machine coffee no tea, just soy milk."

"亞朵就是信心的保證！我們很晚到不但有宵夜還讓我們大家在餐廳吃外賣。乾淨舒適。反正一般不會踩雷尤其新開的亞朵。枕頭舒服。就在獨山子附近位置不錯。"

"協和好像是個會所酒店， 非常乾淨整潔，床上用品四件套乾淨衞生， 晚上睡覺比較安靜， 停車方便， 價格在附近也是算便宜的，非常推薦"

"Saya baru sahaja mendaftar masuk dan sangat kagum dengan hotel ini. Perkhidmatan yang mesra dan sambutan yang penuh senyuman daripada gadis meja depan sebaik sahaja saya memasuki pintu adalah yang terbaik di hotel yang saya pernah menginap. Makanan ringan tengah malam telah dihantar pada malam itu dan ianya sedap. Susu itu lazat dan tidak sesuai untuk tidak memujinya. Saya mesti memberikannya penarafan lima bintang. Sarapan pagi juga lazat dan pelbagai. Bilik itu besar. Terdapat juga teh layan diri di lobi, serta buah-buahan yang diawet khas tempatan. Kebersihan juga sangat baik."

"克拉瑪依泊時酒店，這波屬於“顏值在線，細節翻車”😂。 早餐還是蠻豐富的，洗衣烘乾很方便。 不得不誇一下大堂和房間的裝修，很有現代感，設施配置也挺高，住着很舒服。但是！進浴室差點沒把我勸退，洗手枱看着不太乾淨，明顯沒擦到位。這種反差感真的有點敗好感。不過除了衞生這塊，其他的體驗都還行，畢竟設施和環境確實能打。建議店家加強一下保潔培訓呀～🧹"
