"Facilities: It's a new Atour hotel, and the bed was very comfortable. However, they surprisingly didn't provide conditioner and body lotion, which you have to buy yourself, which is a bit disappointing. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Acceptable. The breakfast was also quite good. Service: It was a mixed bag. We were traveling with a child and initially requested a bed rail. However, upon check-in, they said they didn't have any. Then they suggested pushing the bed against the wall, but found it couldn't be moved. Finally, they swapped us to two single beds pushed together. The staff were enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile, but it would have been better if this could have been confirmed in advance."

Dinner at the hotel's restaurant at own expense. It’s really delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant’s steamed chicken. It’s completely different from the big plate chicken. In the transparent restaurant, you can see the chef working hard to make delicious food. It tastes good ~ 100 points. If I must give a little advice: I hope the tofu in the beef soup is silken tofu, that is, tender tofu. People from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai don’t quite understand the point of old tofu soup... But the taste is really good. If it is silken tofu, I will give it 10,000 points~ Picture 5 is the small terrace on the balcony. Friends who come here in summer are so lucky. Crying 😭😭😭, he has a terrace at night to look at the mountains and stars, and have some midnight snacks, This is life. It is truly a priceless highlight of life. Taken casually with a mobile phone without any filters, what a paradise on earth this is. I hope the price won't increase too much next time I go. So beautiful! If you want a mature business environment nearby, don't choose this one. If you are here for leisure and have high requirements for beautiful scenery, delicious food and good service, you can choose this one without a doubt. Be sure to remember to open your phone and check the direction of the driver's seat about one minute after leaving the hotel. I didn’t take the photo and I really regret it. It was so stunning, the sun shining on the golden mountain! Sisters, if possible, you must go for this room with a balcony without hesitation. Then they have hot springs, but I didn't go there, so I can't comment. It looked like there was a lot of atmosphere and the private hot springs were pretty high-end. It's best to prepare clothes for bathing. I didn't bring anything, so I didn't go. Otherwise, I could have experienced the beautiful atmosphere of mountains and snow outside the window and life inside the window."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Xinjiang, bar none. Don't be fooled by the photos of the entire building; it's a commercial complex. The second floor houses other shops and restaurants, and the hotel itself has only a tiny entrance and a small lobby. The elevator is shared with other shops and restaurants, and you can use it without a card. The first-floor restaurant is worse than a budget hotel—it's absolutely terrible. It's absurd that it has a 4.7 rating on Ctrip. It's awful. They completely mislead you with the entire building and the signs on the roof. The first floor is mostly filled with small businesses; it doesn't give the impression of a hotel at all. It's like looking at the small print with a magnifying glass while the large print is all good. I strongly suggest you don't stay here, or at least see it in person before booking."

Upon arriving, I saw staff members and partners at the entrance privately discussing guests, which made me, as a passing guest, feel very uncomfortable. At the front desk, we simply asked politely if a room upgrade was possible, with no complaints or arguments whatsoever. However, the manager who arrived reacted very emotionally, immediately bringing up complaints in a rather aggressive tone, startling both my wife and the on-site staff. As customers, we were only asking a normal question and deserved a calm conversation, not an over-the-top reaction. The hotel has a good foundation in terms of hardware; if the management's service communication could improve, the experience would be much better!"
