I booked this hotel because I had a good impression of Licheng Hotels, but it was a huge disappointment. The room was big, but what's the point of such a large room if it's not for entertaining guests? The water dispenser was useless; it wasn't even 100 degrees Celsius. The automatic toilet flushed too forcefully, soaking the floor, so I didn't dare sit on it. The door was constantly being pushed around by the wind all night. The most ridiculous thing was that I was taking a shower around 1 a.m., and the power suddenly went out halfway through, and the hot water was gone too. How can a power outage be related to hot water? The breakfast was practically empty, yet they charged over 300 yuan for the room—the value for money was exceptionally low. The only thing worth praising was the security guard; he was very responsible."
