"I have stayed in many hotels, including first-tier brand hotels of various hotel groups. This time I came to Karamay to run the marathon, so I booked Atour because it was close to the starting point. I didn't have much expectation, after all, the price and brand positioning were there, but I have to say that this stay experience was the best I've ever had in a hotel, better than most first-tier hotels and even luxury brand hotels. In terms of hardware, it can only be regarded as a boutique hotel with average standards. There is nothing much to say. The service is really far ahead. First of all, I received a call from the hotel on the day of check-in, asking if there were any special needs. After informing that there were children staying with me, the hotel prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes in advance. The last time I received the same service, it seemed to be at the Rosewood Hotel in Guangzhou hotel. After arriving at the lobby, the children liked the backpacks of the hotel's surrounding brands. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic to help us choose, and also cooperated with us to make up a super exciting story to make the children happy, and then put the backpacks in the room while we were out, giving the children a big surprise. The next morning, due to the closure of the race road, my wife and the children had breakfast in the hotel. The children had a good evaluation of the fried rice. I estimated that the finishing time would be around 15 o'clock, so I asked my wife to extend the room for half a day. When the hotel front desk heard that we were participating in the marathon, they delayed the check-out to 17 o'clock without saying a word. The breakfast was quite impressive; for a business hotel in Xinjiang, this level of breakfast is truly commendable and worth recommending. The selection was comprehensive and abundant!
