"We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip. This is the best hotel. This hotel is very new and customer focused in terms of design of the room, toilet amenities, lightings.. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The room lighting is well considered. The toilet seat has a warmer and automatic flushing. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and will stay in this hotel again if we are back here ."

"The hotel is within walking distance to xiaoqingkong bridge. We had a good time over there. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. I was not impressed with service though. First we couldn’t make the AC working right and the room was freezing. We called the front desk for help. The service person wouldn’t even enter our room to check and told us nothing could be done but to turn it off. Second, we ordered hotel transportation to take us the the tourist center the next morning at 7:15 so we could take an early train back. We arrived at the front desk to find out that no arrangements had been made and they called the driver after we got there and were ready to leave. The driver didn’t arrive until after 7:30, 15 minutes after our scheduled departure time! Luckily we planned a little extra time and didn’t miss our trains but the service was unacceptable."

"What I like most is : The room is on the fourth floor. I didn’t pay for an expensive room so the room looks out to the backyard which is disorganized. If I pay more I would’ve gotten a better view. What I pay is what I get obviously. Nevertheless the room is very very nice. It has many lights and well lit and I love it. I can read without feeling that I am living inside a cave. The smart toilet is a place to for buttock massage.  The breakfast is quiet good.. It has fruit, bao zi and a freshly made bowl of rice noodles. The hotel offers fruit for free . I love to have fruit and the fact that I don’t have to buy it and carry it back to the hotel. I have daily house keeping . My garbage was emptied.  There are 2 massage chairs that are very good. The hotel decor in the lobby and the room are very pleasant. The owner has good ‘taste’. I am not a big fan of disposable towels. If there is anything I prefer, is I want to cloth bathing towels. I felt like I used a piece of enormous napkins to dry my body. This is not a deal breaker though as I only stay 2 nights. If I stay longer, there would be anything else to do because I complete the whole circuit in less than 4 hours. The next day I went to Yao Shan and there wasn’t many people . But being 65, the entrance is free but I paid 20 rmb for the short bus ride. I paid 15 rmb one way on a DiDi there and the same coming back. The location is at the extreme end of this neighborhood and would require a 10 minutes uphill to the entrance. The park is quite big. You have to walk 10 minutes to 15 minutes to the entrance, then after you buy the ticket, another 10 minutes to the bus stop so it is quite a lot of walking before you begin your journey. If I have to do it all over again, I would have spent more time at every stop. I misunderstood that route A and route B is different. Route B is exactly the same as route A in reverse. The information given by the owner should include the trail from the bus top to the bridge . There is an option to ride a boat and then walk a bit. The trail is easy to walk and well maintained and quite pleasant early in the morning and before closing as there will be fewer people . The hotel is a bit far if you have a lot of luggages.  In summary, this hotel is the only one that offers breakfast in my 5 weeks through China and it was surprising good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We had an amazing time at this hotel. The owner run hotel was hands on in getting us checked in and also providing advice on the best routes to tour areas and transport directions. The rooms looked relatively new and was clean and well presented. Bathrooms were also clean and looked pleasing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall would recommend staying here if in the old town area."

"Great location, about 30meters from East gate exit. the tour Coach terminal is 150meters walking distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful. My wife requested for porridge as morning breakfast and they really granted her wish the following morning. really appreciate. we really had a great time."

"Hotek location is good, just about 5 minutes walk to Libo Ancient Town. There are many eateries nearby and a big supermarket is just behind the building. The room is spacious and clean. What we like the most is the services provided. From the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staffs are very helpful , friendly abd polite. Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who travel to Libo."
