"Warm reception by front desk ladies the moment we arrived. Basic hotel with basic amenities which includes a laundry room, providing us great convenience. Idea location smack in the middle of food street. Good massage place, market, pastry shop and fruit juice shop just opposite. Front desk lady also helpfully recommended a 7-seater car for day trip for 5 of us. Thanks for your hospitality over the 4 nights we have stayed."

"The front desk staff provided courteous and attentive service, responding promptly and knowledgeably to most of our inquiries. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel facilities appeared dated and in need of maintenance and upgrades. During our three-night stay, we encountered a significant issue on one evening when there was no hot water available for showering. After contacting housekeeping, we were informed that only one staff member was on duty that night and he was extremely busy, and no assistance was provided. Fortunately, hot water service resumed the following day without further intervention. Additionally, the swimming pool area presented several concerns. On the day of our visit, no locker keys were available for female guests, despite the pool being relatively uncrowded with only a few families present. It was unclear why the keys were unavailable or had been depleted. The restrooms adjacent to the pool were also in poor condition—noticeably unclean and infested with numerous mosquitoes—which raised questions about regular cleaning and pest control standards. While the staff were polite, these recurring facility and maintenance issues significantly detracted from our experience. As a result, I would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family at this time."

"Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute. we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities. location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery."

"Front desk staff are friendly and hospitable. Restaurant staff are attentive and hospitable too. Hotel room is nice and clean though a bit dated in decor but location is excellent."

"入住兩碗，整體來説都還不錯，性價比也很高！有背了很多一次性的用品，前台客服態度都很很好～住公寓本來講究的就是乾淨，地理位置也差不多幾百米就可以到沙灘！就是隔音稍微有一丟丟吵哈哈哈哈哈，不過公寓就是這樣，淺睡眠的家人們晚上睡覺的話可以備個耳塞哈！推薦沖"

"設施：挺完善的，該有的東西都有，沒有看到物品損壞，房間隔音比較好，客廳空間不算大但沙發很舒服，東西都能放下，背包也可以放房間飄窗台子上。缺點是停車的地方比較少，不過就在酒店樓下很近。還有是有個單獨的洗手枱在客廳前面，總是擔心水濺到客廳地上，不過無傷大雅。 環境：入門風景很好，光照通風也挺好的，客廳和兩個房間窗户都能看到海景，小孩也很喜歡，心情很好。離二馬路挺近的，走過去10幾分鐘，吃完夜宵可以直接走回酒店。 衞生：很乾凈，沒有異味，牆壁也不臟，裝修看起來很整潔舒服，客廳的浴室廁所乾濕分離，房裡麪的那個沒有分。 服務：挺周到的，人多衣架和洗髮水不夠用打前台電話很快就送上來了"

"Overall hotel was decent. Parking was an absolute nightmare as spaces were cramped and the carpark was extremely difficult to navigate (beware of scratching the car). Additionally the check-in was a nightmare. Room was promised to be freed up at 2pm but they delayed by close to 2 hours and offered no compensation whatsoever. Staff were rude and insincere and reluctant to address the issue of room unavailability. Poorly managed."

"強烈安利這家店！地理位置絕佳，交通便利，地下停車場就在旁邊，二馬路美食街就在附近。客房寬敞透亮，全屋乾淨整潔，整體環境很好，待着特別放鬆。老闆和工作人員服務熱情周到，有需求都及時響應。大堂美式咖啡也好香，早餐是麥當勞兑換券，點的外賣是機器人送餐上樓到門口。綜合下來性價比超高，不管短途出行還是旅居都很合適，下次過來還選這兒！"

"用智能鎖一打開門，真的是驚到我們了，映入眼簾的就是陽台和遠處的大海，真的是海景房呢，躺床上都能看到遠處的海。周邊出行便利，想租電動車的樓下都有，粉色，黃色都可以租。打車也方便，直接到樓下接。電梯到一樓，右邊出去下個樓梯，走幾步就到海邊了。周邊吃的也多，海鮮現撈現做，味道不錯。房東老闆熱情，一次性浴巾什麼的，放了好多在房間裏面。房間有個小冰箱，還有油煙機，下次有機會去還是住這裏。"
