"It was a little disappointing when the receptionist was being quite unprofessional as I approached her for a spare room card. She told me that the guest was British after I told her my surname meaning that she didn't consider that a Chinese person can be British, how backwards and ****** such behavior this is. Lack of exposure might be the answer ;however, I was expecting a lot more from a 4 star establishment. Must I stress that the reason we conversed in Mandarin is a respect to the local staff yet it always backfires in situation like this. More training should be provided."

"The hotel location was amazing! Just 10 to 15 walk away from many famous Tainan sites like Hayashi, Chikan tower. The room had a sati and a wet and dry bathroom. Ruru the receptionist also tried her best to accommodate to our requests (my dad didn't want rooms on 13th floor). House keeper, Kiki, did a great job in tidying up the room. Will definitely go for a lakeshore hotel when I am in taiwan!"

"It was one of the best stay during our trip. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to the executive suite. All the staff were lovely and helpful, even showed us around the pool and gym facilities. Would definitely consider this place if we were to stay in Tainan in the future."

Location is top notch,next door is bedding shop, majority local eateries around opens around noon, for breakfast walk further up across main street Room is immaculately clean,plenty of local channels & 2English programmes available on TV, Japanese toilet is available in the double room Especially loves the AC as it’s not facing bed directly There is water dispenser on each level,for beverage/Tea sachets, guest need to get it at the pantry behind reception desk"

"The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The bathrooms are clean. There's a stage and set up like a theater downstairs, perfect for taking photos. Dining is also very convenient, with restaurants all around. A local market with authentic food options is just a 10-minute walk away."

"Great place to stay in Tainan. Super close to the train station. Lovely quiet room at the end of the corridor overlooking the (empty) swimming pool. Friendly service, and a nice touch with snacks available at 9pm. The hotel is older (still need a physical key to unlock the room door) but it's in great condition. We didn't eat there, so cannot comment on the food or restaurant. We thought it was very reasonably priced for our Sunday night stay and would happily book again."

"+ : Kids friendly hotel. There are cartoon paintings and displays around the hotel. And also Kids play area. My girl enjoyed the facilities. Location is good too, right next to a mall. -- : Cleanliness could be improved. There were visible stains on the sheets and the sofa. We topped up for breakfast as the area looked cute, but everyone had an upset stomach after eating."

"I've been to Taiwan many times, and this is the only place I've ever stayed in a 4-star hotel where the price is this good, the breakfast is perfect, and the service is genuine in its cleanliness. I asked for luggage storage service in the morning and the front desk staff went above and beyond the 5-star front desk staff to explain everything in Chinese, Korean and English. I came here for a business trip with my friends and they all gave this hotel a 100 and said they would come back again. The hospitality of the staff will be remembered for the rest of my life. I wish everyone a good health."

"The hotel is well-equipped and honestly a steal for under 1000TWD(30USD) on a Friday night. The room is clean, and I love that the bathroom has a separate shower (dry/wet separation). There are also plenty of parking lots nearby, so no stress there. ⚠️ Quick tip: They don't provide disposable toiletries, so make sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor!"

"This hotel really added a bonus to my trip in Tainan. It was honestly comfortable till the stage when the day ended, we actually looked forward to return to the hotel (didn’t feel like a hotel anymore, but more like going home) The location is really good too. It’s in a pretty open area surrounded by residential places, markets, and sports areas, so everything is quite convenient. Places like Shennong Street and other attractions are about a 15-18 minute walk away. The whole area is nice for city walks, just casually walking around also feels interesting. The room itself is new, clean, and well designed. Bathroom has proper dry-wet separation feels really nice and relaxing. The bed is also super comfortable and clean (there was just a few tiny hole, but it didn’t really affect anything) Overall, the whole place has a really nice vibe. Good service, good room, good location, honestly very worth it for the price. My friend and I really liked it, and we didn’t really want to leave when we checked out."
