"Good size bunk beds and comfortable beds. Twin room with window is not as nice as the single bunk beds with no windows due to loud renovation outside the hotel. Room need more clothe and towel hanging for drying with their in house dehumidifier in room. Hotel public areas needs upgrades & bettwr cleaning and wall papers are moldy and peeling off walls or stained. Great location. TV volume too low to enjoy or hear the broadcasts ! Too many small details missed or housekeeping needs more attention. Staff very nice! Hotel could be much batter if they paid more attention to the details. Hotel also rents by the hour which can be challenging to the overnight stay guests!"

"The bathtub feels like breaking apart, bits of the glue is coming off and it felt bits of sand whenever U use it. And I use it for 4 nights. Shower door corners and door are also mouldy. Bathroom needs a revamp badly. AC is centralised, you can't adjust the temperature, and the temperature drops at wee hours. I needed additional towel to cover myself the blanket. Everything else is good. I like the bed and location especially."

"Hotel is located in a small alley. It took us a while to find it. It is close to the Yilan night market. The room is spacious and comfort. Overall is good."

"A family of 5: the kids enjoyed the room with the slide v much. The 3 queen beds(2 on upper loft) and 1 on lower floor were very comfortable, pillows offered decent support. A fan was provided in room to circulate the air. Kids really enjoyed sliding down but sound proofing of the room not that thick so we were told that the kids were too noisy. The staff were v helpful with the carpark arrangement at a separate site, we didn’t have to worry abt getting a carpark lot on all 3 days.  Not so great: The Minsu’s toilet has no non-slip flooring or bathmats inside so hard to dry the toilet floor after a shower. Shampoo & body soap provided though. No shower curtains. Staff didn’t make up the room although we hung the tag to clean room. They did apologise when we asked abt it.  All in all, a restful stay, with good space for the family with our 2 luggages opened on the sofa. Would recommend if kids are young & would love the slide room. Walking distance to Luodong Night Market too."

"Highly recommend, esp. for solo travelers or those doesn't drive! Perfect Location: right next to train station but very quiet, theres also a bus stop with the city tour bus route. Many eateries nearby or in walking distance, convenience store and POYA & Cosmed right across the hotel. 10-15mins walk to the inter-city bus terminal. Facility: Super Clean + In-room onsen which is perfect! Foot onsen at hotel ground floor. It's perfect for yilan exloration at a budget price :]"

"Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average."

"the room is nice and comfortable. there aren’t any Muslim-friendly breakfast options like boiled eggs, but that’s understandable. for non-Muslims, the breakfast selection is actually quite good. unfortunately, the view isn’t great because a new building is being constructed next door, which blocks it. the location is a bit far from the Luodong bus transfer station, but it’s fairly close to the railway station about a 10-minute walk. the walk doesn’t feel long because there are many stores along the way. the hotel is conveniently located between PX Mart and Family Mart, and there’s also a self-service laundry right in front of the hotel if you need to do laundry. overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"clean and no frills kind of hotel. fyi, only 1 washer and dryer and no breakfast too. other than that the location is quite good and its near the night market. though at night you would have to deal with the occasional sound of police or ambulance vehicles going by."

"Room was big and clean with a huge and comfortable onsen tub for the whole family. A short walk away from the train station, souvenir and eatery street as well as onsen park. Hotel had fish spa and onsen cooking station for a holistic experience. Will recommend!"

"Stayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times. The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there. The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest. The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel."
