Cari Hotel bajet di Munich

"We had a wonderful stay at Revo Munich! Everything was really nice, clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is very well organized, and the rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need. The location was also convenient, especially with public transportation nearby, which made getting around Munich much easier. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was even better than we expected. We were especially happy with the value for money. I would definitely recommend Revo Munich and would happily stay there again! ❤️"

"While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team.

"Nice infrastructure and location, just a 2 min walk away from a metro station that brings you directly into the center. Service of staff is improvable (mistake in check in, and delivered item could not found first). Cleaning the room has to be ordered at the reception, otherwise nobody cleans the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel in that price range !"

"Budget option that’s good for value. The room walls look aged and have minor stains, but the rest of the room is generally clean. Shower is simple with good water pressure and is heated, and toilet is clean/WC flushes well. The air conditioning is weak, but barely sufficient during my stay - thankfully the nights in Munich were fairly cool to begin with during my stay. I would have concerns with the AC’s cooling during high occupancy period and peak summer period, especially during daytime."

"Hotel was close to the main station. Staff was helpful. However, no fan or air conditioning in the room. Other basic anemities such as hot water kettle, iron board and refridgerator was not available. A very bare room for minimal comfort."

"room is spacious, lots of space to lay out ur luggages. TV has netflix and other streaming apps! toilet is large and clean. Convenient location right across the road from the train station"

"I had the suite room. Comes stocked with one time juice, beer, and soda. Every day you get water and coffee replenished. Sofa bed was comfy as was the double bed. Balcony was relaxing. Ask for a change of towels or room cleaning preferably the night before or when you leave in the morning on your excursion so that your room will be how you want ot when you return to it."

"Nice shower, consistent water pressure, super friendly staffs, very comfortable bed and blanket. Good location which is closed to Olympiapark. About 10-15min walk and you will find some of restaurants. Bus stop just 150m away."

"Room and front desk guys are nice. There is one guy in the restaurant that has been extremely rude and requested other two Arab-looking costumers and me (East Asian looking) to wait and queue and then went on to small chat with German costumers. Another Asian looking waitress was really nice and led me to the seat and the two Arab looking guys seemed to decide to leave. I don’t like this at all and I believe the deep reason is racism."
