Cari Hotel bajet di Nairobi

"The hotel is as a transfer station about my safaris tour for me to stay in nairobi.First,it include the spa,self-restaurant,gym(the gym has the richest sporting equipment at all the hotels I have ever lived for )and swimming pool.second,It has a security method you need to accept the check about the thing you carry-in and let your baggage through the x-ray that enter the hotel ensure the safety about customers.third, although the style of the room is old and feel you back to 1990s,but feel really classy and gentle about the style of the room, and you sit in the balcony you could appreciate the scenery of the nairobi CBD. finally, for the another part,it is the only i feel not well about the hotel is the foods in the restaurant is not rich as I think at first, because the price for a person for dinner is over 20usd but its foods is a little monotonous.suggest adding local specialty cuisine In conclusion, the hotel is better than i think before i live for it,it is really worth to live in it,and the servers in the hotel is really friendly and hospitality"

"Special mention goes to the front desk attendant Margaret O, and waitstaff Newton from the main restaurant, who were the epitome of class and service delivery. They were lovely. Spa services on the other hand were terrible, passive and the location is not that great. It would be nice if better trained staff were onsite, to match the quality of the rest of the hotel staff."

"1. Hotel is located at prime location specially for Muslim travellers as finding Halal food is too easy, and getting all other stuffs is also convenient. 2. Wifi is too weak at the hotel. 3. When I arrived my mattress was broken, it was changed after almost 3 to 4 requests , but new one also I dont find more comfortable. 4. Rest, all facilities are very good considering the price."

"Great location as only 15 minutes to international airport. Great for short stays. Studio type rooms equipped with microwave and fridge in a mini kitchen. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotel runs a shuttle bus service and restaurant food 24 hours a day which is a bonus. Shuttle mini bus cost 2,000 ks to the airport( about £12 for 2 of us and 4 cases) Cheap rates for the rooms and fresh cooked good quality meals available. Would definitely stay here again. Secure hotel with its own parking area."

"在市區邊上，酒店設施是標準的五星級，服務也很好，早餐可以提供打包服務。"

"The president of Kenya live just opposite the hotel. You can have free access to Arboretum Park as hotel guest. The environment is quiet but when it comes weekends their Brunch at Firelake Restaurant is a must join for the fun and laughter."

"The hotel and staff were very friendly and cleaning was very good The restaurant needed more items on the menu, as they had ran out of many items Overall good service Kind regards Marc Potts"

"My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. The Foundation of Comfort: Top-Notch Cleanliness I want to start with something that truly stood out: the cleanliness. The hygiene and tidiness across the entire property were absolutely top-notch. Our room was immaculate spotless, fresh, and welcoming making it instantly feel like a safe and relaxing sanctuary. This level of attention to detail and care is the foundation of a great stay, and the housekeeping team deserves massive credit. The Taste of Excellence: let’s talk about the food. It wasn't just good; it was genuinely amazing. Every single meal was a memorable experience. The culinary team clearly operates with passion and expertise. From the beautifully prepared breakfast spread to the delicious evening dining, the quality, flavor, and creativity of the dishes were outstanding. It made every moment of our staycation feel like a special occasion. The Heart of the Hotel: Dedicated and Professional Staffs. To the entire team at Swiss-Belinn, thank you. You are the heart of this hotel. We were consistently impressed by how committed and dedicated every staff member was. Whether we were interacting with the front desk, the restaurant servers, or the support staff, we were met with genuine smiles and proactive assistance. You are all incredible professionals who handle every situation with grace and efficiency. "We recently stayed at Swiss Lenana for two days as a family, and our experience was a mix of high-quality service and a few disappointing misses. The Highlights: Arrival & Security: From the moment we arrived, the security check was quick and professional. Front Desk: The receptionist was welcoming, resourceful, and truly professional a great first impression. Our luggage was promptly delivered to our rooms. Housekeeping: The housekeeping services were excellent; the rooms were kept in pristine condition throughout our stay. Technical Support: We had some issues with our TV late at night, and the IT team was wonderful. They came in late to fix it just to make sure our son was happy, which we truly appreciated. Amenities: The swimming pool and gym facilities were amazing and well-maintained. Areas for Improvement: Dining Service: This was our biggest disappointment. While the food is 'signature' quality, the front-of-house staff needs to upgrade their skills. Once the food is served, no one keeps an eye on the guests. This lack of attention resulted in the four of us missing breakfast on our final day. No one seemed to care about our value for money at that point, which was a frustrating end to the trip. Technology: The administration should look into upgrading the TVs to modern digital standards. In this day and age, we cannot run away from embracing technology, and the current systems feel a bit dated. Final Verdict: The individual team members (Housekeeping, IT, and Reception) are doing a great job, but the management needs to ensure the dining service matches that same level of care. We enjoyed our stay, but the final morning left us feeling overlooked."

"My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!"
