"I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay. "The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of delicious food. Overall, Grand Westside Hotel offers excellent value for money with its clean rooms, great amenities, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel near Manila Bay and the airport."

"The room is very clean and has enough space for two people. My mom and I enjoyed a restful day. It has a nearby convenience store (7-Eleven) and cafe. The staff are friendly and the check in and out went smoothly."

"Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job. Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that. I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside. City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them."

"This is my 2nd time to stay in Bayprime hotel. I had to come again because of its ambience, excellent amenities, spacious bedroom and the bed, love it! Unfortunately, I wasn’t t able to avail of the breakfast because I had a very early flight. But this time, I totally enjoyed the food! So lavish and tasteful.My friend and I also dined at the restaurant . We loved their sweet and sour pork and dimsum🥰 I will bring my family with me this summer and stay in Bayprime. My family is looking forward to staying in Bayprime❤️"

"My recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves). The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future."

"Go Hotels Manila Airport Road is a great, no-frills budget option if you just need a quick, affordable place to crash near NAIA before a flight. The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller, older side, but the Wi-Fi is reliable and the location makes skipping airport traffic incredibly easy. It’s perfect for a simple transit stay, though you'll want to lower your expectations when it comes to meticulous cleanliness."

"This Property is accessible to anywhere. Near LRT Station, there's an EV bus loop that will take you to Ayala Mall, Landers, Solaire Hotel, etc for jus 15php. minimal fee for grab car if you wish to go to MOA. Fast and easy also going to the airport. There are convenience store near the premises, Kuruda Ramen as well and walkable to SnR and CIty of Dream is also near, maybe it is walkable during the sun is low haven't not tried yet due to lack of time. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas. Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue Overall stay was 4/5"
