"The hotel is new, and the room layout is nice with adequately equipped kitchen. There is a pool, but no hot tub. The room was not throughly cleaned after the previous guests. There were used glasses from previous guests in the sink. The counters in the washroom were not wiped down. The hotel management acted quickly though to move us to another room."

"We decided to go to Leavenworth for a quick overnight trip. We were able to book a room at this very clean, cute, and cozy B&B. The room was decorated so adorable and was super clean. The ambiance was just perfect. The room was so clean that breakfast in the morning was amazing. The negatives would be: the mattresses need to be replaced. One of the sinks was not working and was leaking. The shower was difficult to figure out. But it all worked fine… just needs some updating or replacing. It's not as quiet outside as I was hoping. I am sure it was more private… but new construction has moved in and is adding to the noise pollution, I am sure. I would definitely recommend it compared to a post-hotel type of vibe."

"The service here is lovely, and everyone from the staff crew is helpful, even if it's something trivial. The check-in & check-out are pleasantly smooth and easy. Every booking includes breakfast, where you can choose from five options, and the process is straightforward; fill in the sheet with your room number, which option you want, and what beverage you'd like from the menu. The room is clean and very spacious, although I did not receive a room cleaning service when I was there; however, it may not be the same for others. Not a big deal. The location is right in the middle of Leavenworth's downtown, and it is a walking distance to everything there is downtown."

"Good location, convenient for travel After 10pm, check in~ There are still people in the lobby~ A hotel with a downtown atmosphere~ Snacks and drinks are sold in the lobby. There is free hot water (tea)~Costa drip coffee24/7 Ice machine (only on the first floor) Bottled water (sold) No free Room~ Looks relatively clean/The hotel is relatively new (within 5 years) but the fragrance smell is relatively strong (people with allergies may feel slightly uncomfortable) The room window cannot be opened at all~ There is a room circulation 🔄 system~ But I still opened the door 15 degrees~ 20 minutes of circulation! Found that there were small hairs on the sheets (I brought spray to deal with it myself) It is safer to wear long-sleeved pajamas~ There are hand sanitizers in the room~ The breakfast hall is bright~ 🥚Bread🥯~ Yogurt~ Package omelette~ OK~ You can go and experience it! Paul has great guest service. You can experience the gym 24/7 but the swimming pool is not recommended (the water was turbid when I went there) Overall, it is good in the Wenatchee area!"
