Hotel ini sangat bersih & kakitangan sangat baik & akomodatif. Walau bagaimanapun, bilik kami tidak siap sehingga selepas 7:00 malam. Saya dijanjikan bayaran balik yang tidak pernah berlaku & masih belum menerima kredit untuk caj misteri pada kad saya yang tidak saya benarkan.

Tiada apa yang istimewa. Jenis 'anda mendapat apa yang anda bayar.' Saya membayar $ 80, saya mendapat bilik $ 80. Saya terkena paku pada suatu ketika di kawasan mereka atau di jalan. Meja depannya baik dan menolong saya mencari tempat memasang tayar. Terdapat bau rumpai yang kuat ketika saya berada di sana. Saya benci bau barang itu tetapi ada yang tidak keberatan. Kawasannya agak teduh dan saya sangat menyarankan agar tidak berjalan-jalan sendirian pada waktu malam. Saya rasa penilaian 2 * yang ditinggalkan oleh orang lain adalah tepat. Tempat ini adalah apa adanya. Sejak itu saya menemui tempat tinggal yang lebih baik ketika saya melalui bandar.

Kerja melibatkan waktu yang ganjil dan perjalanan pulang kadang-kadang sukar. Tinggal bukannya memandu pulang. Hotel ini lebih tua tetapi telah diubah suai. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu baik. Biliknya Bagus. Saya memberikannya 3 bintang kerana kemudahan daftar masuk, kakitangan, bilik bersih. Saya tidak melihatnya mendapat ulasan bintang yang lebih tinggi.

Customer service was great. The young lady at the desk gave us great customer service and we can’t wait to go back. Location was just fine.

Where to start...we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children a couple days in advance of our stay directly with Hilton by phone. When we arrived on-site after a 16 hour car ride we were told ”we're not sure how this happened, but we don't have your room”. WHAT? Our confirmation email stated we had reserved a room for that night for 2 queens. The woman at the desk had no viable options except if the 4 of us slept together in a king bed. Instead of trying to help us, loyal Hilton Rewards customers, find a solution or even another nearby Hilton property to stay at, she told us to go outside and call some other hotels or walk next door. Having no other options that's what we did, and found the Comfort Inn nearby with helpful staff and a cheaper rate. And complimentary breakfast. I was beyond disappointed, not only with the fact that our reservation was not honored, but also with the poor treatment and lack of assistance by the front desk. I have never experienced this at any other Hilton property. I would never stay here again on principal. To add salt to the wound, we contacted Hilton, waited on hold, and finally spoke to a representative and opened a case #. We were supposed to be contacted within 48 hours but alas, 8 days later we had to call back and again wait on hold for another 30+ minutes. At this point we were told it was OUR fault that our reservation was given away because we arrived late. This was never communicated when we made the reservation, on the confirmation email, OR when we were turned away at the reception desk. Plus, in 10 years and dozens of reservations, (including one 7 days prior in Savannah GA) this never came up. In short...I would recommend finding a different hotel. As a result of the total lack of customer service in this instance on behalf of this property and Hilton in general, I will be staying elswhere from now on.

It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. They canceled our reservations for a two queen bed room and ended up putting us in a room with a queen bed and a cot. They were no help at all. I wasn't about to let my mom sleep on a cot, so she shared the bed with my sister. The room was so small, the cot only fit in the closet by the door. There were no amenities because people kept stealing them. It was fifty and disgusting. The shower nozzle was even duct taped. The last straw was a terrible beeping next door. My brother, who also stayed at the hotel, asked the front desk lady to check it out. Turns out it was people cooking meth. They had lit a candle to mask the smell. There was drug paraphernalia in the room. The receptionist did nothing but turn off the smoke alarm and open the windows. We were to stay 4 days, we checked out the next morning.

When we arrived I went in to check in and there was nobody at the front desk. I stood there for 2-3 minutes before a man came from near the elevators and checked me in. He was not that friendly and said very little. Our room was ok, typical setup for this type of hotel. I still do not understand why some hotels have no vent in the bathrooms. After taking a shower it all steam and have to open the door to be able to use the mirror. There were a few signs of wear and tear mainly in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent, cold cereals, waffles, bagels, eggs and sausage. It was a quick stop for us. There are a few chain restaurants very close by. When I went to check out there nobody at the front desk and I was not going to wait for someone so I put my keys behind the desk and left.

Great stay. Rooms are clean, comfy beds. Nice and quiet. Nice showers and water pressure. Great customer service. Everyone here (especially Sam and Candice) goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and accommodated and enjoy your stay all with a smile. Would recommend 10/10
