"We stayed at this hotel during Chinese New Year for a short road trip with my parents. It's the first SLH member hotel in the Central China region. The architecture features a cluster of buildings designed in a traditional Chinese garden style. The lobby has been re-imagined, cleverly incorporating the original red brick walls. The hotel primarily features suites, with loft layouts that offer a fantastic sense of space and dimension. Standard amenities include De'Longhi, Dyson, and Le Labo 33 products. They offer experiential activities centered around intangible cultural heritage and Zen philosophy. From incense making to singing bowl sessions and Heart Sutra calligraphy, these activities are designed to help you unwind and find tranquility. When we visited during Chinese New Year, it happened to be a rainy and overcast day, quite different from a day blessed with warm sunshine. However, there was a unique, serene charm amidst the cool atmosphere – something you truly need to experience to understand. Finally, a big thank you for the thoughtful departure gifts of incense and Le Labo products. The butler service was incredibly attentive. The only minor suggestion would be to elevate the dining experience further. Also, there was an issue with the hot water in the bathtub, which we hope can be properly and effectively addressed."

"I found a three-bed room in Chibi Hotel for a long time and finally booked it, which is convenient for a family to travel and stayed for a few nights. Convenient transportation, self-driving car to park is very convenient, there are buses nearby to take, the hotel buffet breakfast is rich in ingredients, or there are breakfast shops and night markets nearby to choose from, spent a pleasant Spring Festival return holiday."

They offered complimentary afternoon tea, fruit, and the minibar drinks and snacks were also free. The room was spacious, and the private hot spring bath was very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

"First, the room wasn't very clean; there were clothes on the floor, and the room had a pungent smell. The most unsatisfactory part was the breakfast. The breakfast area was already small, and with so many people, it felt like everyone was scavenging for food, eating from their plates."
