This was one pf the best hotel stays ever. From welcome ap to departure. Great team, spotless clean and comfortable room. Great concept where even small might be outstanding. Thank you.

This is probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at in the U.S. I've stayed at this hostel twice now. The first time was in 2015 and the second time this past month for Market Days. Location: The hostel is centrally located in Downtown Chicago/the Loop. It's easily accessible to get to and from O'Hare Airport via the Blue Line which runs 24 hours. The closest CTA station is Jackson Station which also has connections to many other CTA lines. The hostel is also located within walking distance to many other tourist hotspots like Millennium Park, Broadway shows, Lou Malnati's Pizza (10 minutes), etc. There's also a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of the street that sells liquor and other essentials. On the weekday, the area is bustling with downtown workers, but on the weekends, it's like a ghost town. Most restaurants and stores close by 8/9pm. The only place to eat at if you have a late night is Taco Bell which closes at 2am. Another downside is that there are a lot of homeless people that have set up camp in front and around the hostel, so some people may feel unsafe walking around. Security: The property is very secure. There are multiple entry points to get into the hostel with a key card. There's another entry point to get access to the elevator banks that lead to the rooms as well as required card access to go upstairs and into the rooms. There's also a 24-hour front desk. This was a saving grace for me because my flight from New York was delayed that I ended up arriving at 3:30am. Keep in mind, if you plan to arrive after 3am, you should notify/call the front desk and let them know otherwise they'll mark you as a no-show and cancel your reservation. They also have storage lockers/a luggage room for a fee. Facilities/Amenities: My original reservation was for a 4-bed male dormitory, but there was someone sleeping in my assigned bunk. When you arrive, there is a fitted sheet, pillow sheets, a bath towel, and a face towel (no comforter). You are expected to make your bed. Since I arrived so late and my roommates were already asleep, the overnight staff (DJ) was nice enough to put me in an 8-bed dormitory that was unoccupied, so that I didn't wake up anyone. Both rooms were very spacious/high ceilings/massive windows with a lot of space to store luggage and walk around. All the rooms have lockers (bring your own lock or buy one at the front desk). In the 4-bed dorm, there is a common area with a kitchen/bathroom that connects with 2 suites. The 8-bed room is setup where the toilet, shower, and sink are all in separate areas instead of all in one room. The shower area has dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are also common showers and toilets on every floor. The downside of the dormitory is that you can't control the temperature of the room. Summers in Chicago are hot and humid and the room was kept in the 60s, which I loved. But, my roommates thought it was too cold for them. The WiFi access is very stable and fast. Th

If you are claustrophobic, this may not be the hotel for you. It is cute and clean, the staff was all amiable, and it is in a stellar location. However, this is a 100+-year-old building, and charming as it may be, the age of the building shows. The two elevators are tiny. We were in a single queen room on the 16th floor. The hallways to our room were super narrow, and the room was quite possibly the tiniest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is tight with no extra space to unpack toiletries so I was thankful to have a hanging organizer with me. The room was clean and adequate, bed was comfortable enough for one night, and breakfast the next morning was the usual HI Express fare, which is always a pleasure. We chose this hotel for the location.

Enjoyed my stay it was peaceful. Staff were very friendly and housekeeping was fantastic with cleaning the rooms daily. Will definitely stay here again. They also had a safe in the room.

Good hotel, nice location with reasonable price but here is tricky part, they told me to pay deposit and I give them cash but front desk lady said they only accept credit cards so I gave them my wife credit card and they charged me 98.72US Dollars (688.09RMB) which were going to return to my wife’s account in next few days but so far they didn’t return it. Here is the proof in attach photos. After more than 2 months I still didn’t get back 98.72US Dollars. I want my fucking money back, you cheaters return my money back ASAP. Do your fucking job and return my money. You ******** cheaters.

Interesting holiday in the heart of downtown. You enter via the lobby for an apartmen building. Apparently the revolving doors to the hotel were 'broken'. There is a check-in desk -- that is manned sporadically. then you go around the corner, passed the escaloator going down, and to the elevators to the 15th floor. Another lobby and desk there - plus restaurant, snack shop / deli and full bar. This floor is nice with a big interior atrium. Then more elevators up to floors 19-23 where the rooms are. The room was nice - though the A/C was set to 66 when I arrived, and it had just got done snowing. Cranked the heat up, and came back to a toasty room. Think is - it never shut off -- so it was either HOT or COLD. And noisy the whole time. Never got time to file a complaint, as most days when I left in the AM, there was no one at the 15th floor desk, and the check-in desk was always busy. My room was clean-ish, though I did find a bottlecap under the desk when I went looking for a stray sock, and there were 2 unopened beers and a half-drunk YooHoo in the fridge. The fridge is tiny - like smaller than those small college fridges. Loved this location, right off Michigan ave with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and transportation. We had the perfect view from the 5th floor, and the front staff was super helpful, and friendly.

위치: 시카고360 존핸콕바로 옆이고 위쪽으로는 디올, 에르메스, 프라다 등 명품샵과 룰루레몬, 아크테릭스, 파타고니아등 브랜드들이 있습니다. 버스를 타신다면 바로옆 블루밍데일 앞 151번을 타면 시카고미술관까지 넘어갑니다. 주변치안은 괜찮아요 시설: 수영장같은 호텔부대시설은 없는 부틱호텔같은 곳입니다. 복도에서 나는 소리아니면 윗층 물소리나 옆방소음은 들리지않습니다. 방의 조명이 어두운 편이며 방위치에 따라 맞은편과 마주해서 블라인드를 닫아놓는게 편합니다 어메니티는 따로 물어보진않았는데 컨디셔너 바디샴푸 비누 이렇게 놓여져있었고 냉장고만 비치되어있고 아무것도 없습니다. 다른 호텔들에 비해 그나마(?) 가성비로 나은것같아 선택했었는데 전반적으로 지내기에 만족했습니다.

It's a good hotel for the price. Location is excellent with Museum Campus Metra station right in front and bus stations nearby. You can also walk to downtown. There are Walgreens stores and a Target store nearby so you can buy anything you might need. It was cold in winter but the heating was good. Radiator had some noise but ear plugs can easily solve the issue. Definitely a budget option. I was happy with it because it was a business trip.

This hotel is in a good location in Evanston and would be nice if it were accessible. There are two sets of stairs to get inside, and the lift was out of order. There was merely a sign that stated “Out of order. We apologize for the inconvenience.” My friend is a wheelchair-user and could only gain access to the hotel by going up and down an incredibly steep ramp in the parking garage meant for cars — not people. We informed the front desk and asked for another entrance and exit and were told the unsafe parking garage ramp for cars is the only way in and out that avoids stairs besides the lift. They told us the lift has been out of order for “a few days” and they only called an engineer once we told them about it. This is unacceptable — completely inaccessible hotel and fixing the lift clearly was not their priority. Also, one of the hotel staff was not helpful when we asked for assistance with our bags (we are both disabled and cannot carry them). She simply brushed us off and told us to ask security (there was no security person to help). This hotel really needs to improve their accessibility and disability practices as they are excluding a large percentage of the population and as a result, losing customers.
