"the hotel is not neat and clean. food did not serve on time and had to wait like 45min. i requested extra matrices or change bedsheets, did not positive response . requested them instead of breakfast, give me dinner and i am ready to pay overhead charges.. denied rudely by saying hotel policy.. very bad experience this time….."
