"Well… I am currently staying here and writing this review … me and my daughter are here for a day … we are staying in the highest category room (109)and guess what !!! … just before sleeping I went in to have a bath which is what I usually do and the hand shower was not working … just a trickle if at all … the tiger shower jets also just passable … so I called the front desk and the night manager at front desk said he will send someone … someone came but couldn’t fix it .. then he said he will go up and check and even after 15 min there was no response … so I called the front desk and they had no clue … so I told them what had happened and the front desk manager said he will come and fix it .. he came but no solution found .. then he said we will shift to another room .. by this time it was 10:30 already … this issue has started at 9:30 … we said ok but please check if water is coming … he said ok and disappeared… ten minutes went by and no one is informing as to what is happening … called the front desk … someone picked up and he had no clue where the other person had gone … clearly this person was not bothering to update anyone … by this time it was 11 and we were at our wits end … so we went to front desk and asked the person there to locate the person who had gone to look for a room which has water in the shower … finally he turned up and said that we can shift to first floor and so we packed and went up (to room 209)… the bathroom pressure here was just a little better than the ground floor but by this time we were dead tired and just wanting to sleep … so either their pressure pump doesn’t work or there was no water in the tank ( which they also murmured )… either way it is poor management and this issue needs sorting !!! Any other hotel would have given a major discount in such a scenario, let’s see if it is given tomorrow. Apart from that , the room size is good in this category . It is clean . The day front desk staff was polite and nice when we checked in . The night one had started looking irritated as if the problem was our making !!!! All in all it is a good hotel but this water issue needs tackling . Plus staff needs to be trained in that if there is an issue , then they should have the courtesy to keep us informed as to what they are doing to sort the issue rather than we calling them up again and again and nobody getting back to us with any info … that is NOT DONE! Plus a suggestion is that filtered drinking water should be provided in jugs in rooms and only those guests who ask for these plastic mineral water bottles should be provided with these rather than the other way around ."
