Our first stay in this hotel, and really satisfied with the service. I book extra bed and called before my arrival ,asked the hotel for prepared the extra bed n joined the twin beds, as i checked in th3 room ,it was set up nicely. We also asked for extra bath towel and got it in fast action. What really i never expirienc3d was when i asked to one of the staff in breakfast area about fried noodle for children whiched not spicy, they help me to make small portion for my kids, what a service !!! Really a 5 star service . Will be stay here again for sure, keep up the great service .

Check in time is very long and not easy at all. Hotel took very long time to prepare the room, waiting more than 30 minutes and still got unsitisfied service. Hotel service also not satisfying. Very bad exprience and stressfull

recently i've been traveling to cianjur, and at my last business trip i was stay at Gino feruci cianjur. well the hotel is great, the room was clean and all the furniture was brand new, the staff told me that they were opened at december 2019. for the food was delicious, the breakfast menu very variable for cianjur, well if i compared my stay experiences at the costel before..... and for the menu at the restaurant was very affordable. i think gino feruci cianjur was the hotel and bring the hotel standard like smiling and helpful staff and other facility that hotel should have such as pool, restaurant, lobby and gym. for the location of this hotel is very strategic, its only a walk away to citimall. for me this hotel will be my 1st option if i should go to cianjur city even for business or for a family trip. btw try menu of nasi goreng, or cordon bleu chicken, its quite cheap and delicious. keep the good work

Saya tidak merancang untuk menginap di hotel pada hari itu, tetapi hujan dan kami mengubah rancangan untuk menginap di hotel, jadi kami mendapat tahu mengenai perjalanan Penasihat yang mereka katakan mempunyai kolam renang yang hangat dan bilik yang besar dan anak perempuan saya yang berumur 5 tahun akan menyukainya (+) Daftar Masuk Mudah (+) Cantik Pemandangan (+) Bilik Besar (-) Kolam ditutup untuk rawatan setiap hari Isnin? Serius?? perlu seharian untuk merawat kolam kecil itu?? (-) Tiada jag elektrik di dalam bilik, jadi anda perlu meminta Air Panas dan ia tidak pernah datang. jadi lebih baik anda pergi ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan membawa termos. (-) Hotel ini mempunyai banyak pengubahsuaian supaya anda akan menemui begitu banyak serpihan dan semua bahan binaan. hanya berhati-hati (-) Wifi anda harus mencari tempat yang lebih baik (-) setelah perkara buruk di atas, maka datanglah perkara buruk lain yang mereka mahukan untuk sarapan pagi untuk anak perempuan saya yang berumur 5 tahun. semakin lengkap penginapan anda ya?

Kamar luas, susana tenang, nyaman untuk beristirahat. Fasilitas cukup lengkap namun perlu banyak pembaruan lagi.
