Our family of 3 stayed here on our way back from the Island. It is newer and very modern, room was super clean. Beautiful finishings in the room and super comfy beds. Pool and hot tub area was nice and clean, I am pretty sure the pool is heated. Nice robes provided in room which were handy to wear down to the pool. Parking in the parkade was an extra charge. Not a big deal but the parkade was a bit confusing, not great signage. The buffet breakfast included was SO good. Huge added value as in my opinion it’s worth about $25+ per person for what was offered. Food was delicious and staff were amazing. The sky train does run right by the hotel. It didn’t bother us, we were on the 8th floor and could hear it slightly but it may be noisier for lower level rooms. No mini fridge which was missed after spending several days in other hotels with them. The coffee provided in the room was very good though. We had our 7 year old with us, she was the only kid we saw during our stay. Hotel seems geared more towards adults but it was a great spot for our small family. I would definitely recommend this hotel, overall beautiful, clean & modern property, with lots to offer.

Vanessa is one of the best friendliest front desk staff always happy,smiling, shes a very good asset of the company,but don't get me wrong every one of them are very good worker,housekeeping as well,they're all very friendly,anything you ask for you'll get it right away, this is the reason I'm always staying here,whenever i shows up they're all happy as well of my presence,they're an extension of my family,especially Vanessa

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are modern and clean with beautiful mountain views. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect with walking distance to mall and lots of restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Location is really good. The hotel is just within a 10-minute walk from Gateway station. Besides, there’s a supermarket and several cafeterias nearby. The front desk and staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cozy and super clean. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast. The drawbacks are that there’s no bottled water and slippers in the rooms, and that the hotel is very close to the road. Noise from outside may be disturbing in some rooms. Overall experience is pretty good. Decent 4 out of 5.

Booked a room at this hotel on a third party website (Hotwire) where the details aren’t disclosed until after the booking. My concern and frustration with this hotel is with regard to their deposit policy. The lady I spoke to at this hotel refused to honour my prepaid reservation because I don’t have a credit card. She showed zero empathy and had the audacity to suggest I check in alongside an individual that has a bank issued credit card. She further stated that “every hotel in Surrey has this policy” - which is false considering I have stayed at numerous neighboring hotels on a sporadic nature over the past few years where a debit card was sufficient. I asked the lady “why” in which she didn’t elaborate on a response. She further told me it’s only her job “to enforce the policy, not create it”. Wow! Quite frankly this is discrimination and a very shameful business practice, especially considering this policy makes no sense whatsoever. If someone is willing to tender a deposit via debit card, it makes no difference whether it’s a credit or debit account. To say that your software can’t process a refund for the deposit is outright nonsense. All things considered, nonsensical policies and dismissive, vile customer service.

We had a solid experience at the hotel, having enjoyed the 24 hour gym, consistently friendly service, and large room packed with amenities such as a mini-fridge and a microwave. Thoughtful details like including hand sanitizers and sanitation wipes in the rooms and providing free bottles of water were unexpected and much appreciated. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful experience!

I have been a regular guest at this hotel both for business and pleasure, for the last 5 years plus. The hotel management and staff always go out of their way to accommodate me and provide me and my family with the best service possible. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the hot breakfast is excellent. This is an unbeatable location with easy access to Vancouver, YVR, and the US.

My favourite hotel in Vancouver area! I've stayed at this hotel about 12 times over the last 5 years. I always keep coming back. The location is outstanding. It's easy to get around all areas of greater Vancouver. The community center next door is an excellent facility with a great pool. The bar/restaurant next door is top notch and is handy to go for a bite to eat or a drink. What sets this hotel apart is the great customer service headlined by my man Peter. I stay at around 30-50 hotels a year and the only person I remember is Peter. I'm not alone. I've met people at the hotel or restaurant that know Peter and speak highly of his dedication to his job. His friendly demeanor punctuated by his ”Hey neighbour” whenever you cross paths with him coming in and out are always appreciated. Looking forward to my next stay!
