"I went with friends to relax and have some fun. The service was great, and the environment was really nice. The only minor inconvenience was having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries, and the room had a bit of an odor, but these were minor issues. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also delicious and completely exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money."

"The room was spacious, and issues were resolved quickly. The hot spring area is huge; we spent a whole day and evening there. The staff in the park were very enthusiastic. The indoor hot springs near Daqin Whisky were also fantastic—clean and hygienic. There are various dry saunas, including ******* medicine rooms and moxa rooms, and plenty of towels are provided. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great, with good taste and a wide selection."

"Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service."

"Our butler, Bailey, who was handling our service for this trip, had a great attitude 👍. Whenever we had questions, he responded promptly and arranged for customer service to assist. We were pleasantly surprised by the room's environment and facilities after check-in. It was spacious enough, providing ample room for our little one to play. The balcony also featured two large hot tubs; they weren't cramped at all when you got in. The public hot spring center offered a good bathing experience too. The hotel's hot spring water must be genuine ♨️, as my skin felt smooth and improved after soaking. The breakfast food was also good, and the rice rolls were delicious 😋."

"I spent an extra hundred bucks to stay in a family hotel with a hot spring room, thinking that I could take a hot spring in the room when it rained outside. I didn't expect the water to be only warm. I only opened the hot water to fill the pool, and the water that came out was not hot at all. The room was basically OK except that it was old and the TV screen was small. The hot spring outside was also good. There were no fruit snacks, only a local rice cake. I heard that the water world was cold water. It was not opened until after 7 o'clock. Forget it. Dinner was OK, and breakfast was average."

"During the Qingming Festival, I went to Huizhou to soak in hot springs and eat fresh bamboo shoots. The hotel has a good green environment. There is also a large tatami room in the private soup room. The family had a lot of fun playing poker on the tatami at night. The room is large and can accommodate a family of three or four. There is a butler service. Just contact the butler if you need it or check out. The hotel's breakfast is Chinese, with snacks such as steamed beef balls, and a noodle stall. The taste is better than Baodao 😆 (maybe other people's comments on the breakfast are not good and lower my expectations). There are many delicious farm dishes around. I plan to come again next spring. I hope that the road at the door will be completely repaired by then."

"2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊"
