Resort experience was excellent. Their Hospitality was one of the best things of the resort. The way they welcome the guests and the way they communicate is very good. Resort itself was very good with great lake view and ambiance. They also have boating , Basketball court, and other play areas which will keep you engaged and entertained. Also edge swimming pool is also other nice to hangout with.

in a two week trip through kerala, goa, and mumbai, i and my friend agree that the best meals we ate on our entire trip were on our boat. our chef (whom we later found out is in school to get an advanced degree in hospitality) was like michelin level great in the kitchen. the dishes were sumptuous. side note, there was too much food for two. there's like 7 dishes per meal, and each is large enough to be plenty for two on its own, so we only wound up making it through like half the food on the table. but believe me we *tried*. cause wow. highlight dish was actually the giant river prawns we'd bought from a canalside fish market. our chef pan fried them up with butter and spices, and it absolutely rocked. single best dish we ate at any restaurant on the trip (a trip that included ekaa, ishaara, gunpowder...) the chef was a soft spoken, articulate, friendly guy, as was our ship's captain, who handled all my questions and dumb jokes with aplomb (we communicated by writing to each other on google translate. it was really fun). five stars for the food alone. short caveat to start for anyone out there who thinks like me: to get the experience i think i really wanted, i would have gone for a longer trip that goes deeper into the backwaters. we wound up doing a one-nighter and while we eventually went a little more into the ”neighborhood” area of the canals where people actually live, i may have been secretly hoping to fall asleep and wake up somewhere other than just across the river from where we embarked/disembarked. and by the way, if you're actually a person who thinks like me, you don't know the difference between those two things and at the moment can't be arsed to look it up. but that's not really the cruise line's fault. that's just what we signed on for.

Excellent stay. The staff was very friendly. On the day of the cruise, it was my birthday and they even arranged a surprise cake cutting session. The food was good, although the menu in lunch could have been better. Most important thing is that they were very punctual. Things to improve:
1. Ac could have been better 2. One or 2 small cockroaches were seen in the bathroom. 3. Lunch menu can be improved with some chicken/non-veg item. They only gave fish. Apart from the above, all were good. Guests who are planning to book, please book with full time ac.

This was a relaxing end to our Kerala tour. We’d pushed the boat out and opted for a pool villa which was spacious and suited my partners disability well. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The food was generally delicious and plentiful albeit rather expensive. Options to dine out were few and far between. We participated in several of the complimentary activities including butterfly walk ( lots of mosquitoes so protection essential) , owl parliament walk with very knowledgable guide Shibu, cookery demonstration and yoga class which was enjoyable but quite a challenge. We also enjoyed socialising with other guests at the complimentary afternoon tea cart. The resort is set on a quiet , clean stretch of beach - the ocean was warm and marshalled responsibly. We’d love to return in the future

TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day.
However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team.
In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

If you are looking for a perfect getway to somewhere peaceful alleppey is the place especially at sterling lake palace. I travelled solo and couldnt thank the staff enough for making it a memorable one for me. They were so kind and always ready to help. The resort is beautiful with very good amenities. Food is lovely too Thank you tooo Alush, Shahini, Aju santosh TK,Sabu and Abhilash from the restaurant as well as Manoj who got me safely and comfortably to the airport. Not forgetting the wonderful Ayurvedic spa they have thanx Dr Vishnu and Elizabeth.

We had an amazing experience at Venice Premium Houseboats. There were 4 rooms and dining area in the boat. It was a luxury boat having neat and clean rooms, all modern amenities, good washrooms, upper deck. Food was excellent. Service was perfect by the staff. Overall, it was a great time spent. I highly recommend Venice Premium Houseboats to all those looking for luxury in backwaters. Aishwarya, the boat manager educated us on various aspects of Alleppey, farms around the back waters, weather, industry and so much more. It was a luxury Houseboat. They had TV, music system, carrom boards and other games for kids. This is highly recommended for those looking for luxurious experience of Houseboats in Alleppey
