"While the location is excellent and most convenient, they do not have any cafe on premise, they only serve breakfast, no room service at all. Also the wifi is weak and slow. They do not provide beach or pool towels. To get a replacement towel you have to walk to reception before 12 noon to request for replacement on the day after. this is why i complain that the service and facilities is very poor. also i find that the place is not well upkept, and their staff NOT motivated for customer service."

"I enjoyed my stay here even though overall it was a bit odd. After checkin you wouldn’t see a staff member at all. The rooms were nice as spacious, with a good hard mattress. The location was fantastic minutes to every where. The pool was nice, but Elyse lounges and bar area very outdated."

"Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list. Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday. ."

"Perfect Chill Spot 🥰 We had an awesome time at Lipe Beach Resort! Since we went during the low season, it was super peaceful and just what we needed. The view from our room was stunning, and our cozy bungalow was right on the white sand beach 🏝️ — paradise! 🌊 Breakfast was a la carte with some good options to choose from. The bed was comfy, there was hot water, and they even upgraded us to an AC room, which was a nice surprise. The staff were really friendly and made us feel right at home. Getting around was easy with taxi boats right at the resort — perfect for exploring the island and snorkeling. Oh, and the furry friends around the resort were adorable — always ready to say hello and get a belly scratch! 🐱 🐶 All in all, I’d definitely recommend Koh Lipe Beach Resort if you’re looking for a chill, beautiful spot to relax. ☀️"

"Clean and central hostel, not much space for sharing areas and not really ”family vibe”, a little bit expensive, but for a few days it's great"

"Main complaints: 1) the wifi is really bad and unstable, almost non-existence throughout our stays. 2) the lighting is poor in both the bathroom and living area, especially at washbasin. The whole room only has 2 light switches!! Could add more lights for the comfort of users. 3) the hot water shower is not working well, hardly any hot water. 4) both the washbasin and shower drainage are clogged badly. Overall San Pita is way over-priced - not up to the standard of Thai hospitality and values expected. 5) the breakfast served is so simple and ordinary, no variety and the same for the 3 days we stayed. So un-Thai!!"

"This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment."

"A wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. There is a shuttle service to the pier. The location is central on the island, making it easy to reach any point. Delicious breakfasts are offered. If you purchase breakfast directly at the hotel, it is cheaper than if included in the booking."

"Stayed here for 3 nights, Rooms are chalet concept. 5mins walk from the pier. Pros - Lots of beach chairs - Quite beach (away from the noisy boats and safer to swim) - Provide beach towels - Massage hut by the beach (run separately by a different operator) - 5mins walk to walking street - Provide snorkelling gear for rental - Breakfast was ok. Restaurant food was good. - Friendly staff - Awesome mini fridge (super cold) Cons - Restaurant closes at 7pm - WiFi is not stable at all - The hotel sewerage system is not so good hence there’s a smell (bare-able) from the bathroom. Both our rooms were like that. Just mask it with the air refresherner they provided."
