Forget any bad reviews of this property! They have since completely renovated the rooms and are about to further renovate the lobby restaurant which is currently open for coffee and breakfast. The staff told me they will be adding more food options for dinner soon. I got great Sushi for dinner at the Wegmans just across the road. I stayed at this hotel years ago and loved it, as it's and tucked back from the roads in a nice greenspace with trees. What's great about these Old School Courtyards is they have actual balconies surrounding a nicely landscaped courtyard with a firepit and sitting area. These particular Courtyards are well built and not made of ”cardboard” like so many of the newer chains. I have stayed in many luxury hotels so when I have to stay in a smaller chain hotel, I try and find these ”older” Courtyards by Marriott. The staff was extremely accommodating and especially the guy (I wish I could remember his name!) when I checked in who helped me find the exact room I wanted in a specific location. I had a beautiful large tree right outside my balcony in room 340. If you want a private, peaceful stay this hotel is it. Especially for a solo traveler. Another plus is the 12:00 checkout which is rare these days.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and bar area were well maintained and had a great feel to them. Had a great experience with the restaurant and bar, Leslie was a great bartender and waitress. She made great recommendations and was very kind. She also did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed and checking in on us. The room was spacious and clean with two large TVS, microwave and fridge and lots of accessible outlets. The breakfast is definitely the best one in the area with a wide variety of delicious foods from waffles and omelets to cereal and toast. The pool was pretty nice but was unfortunately too cold to really enjoy, although the hot tub was very nice. Gym area was great with good variety of machines for the size of the space. Overall atmosphere was wonderful and welcoming. Very clean too. The check in was pretty quick and easy and they were able to get us a room on a lower floor due to my son not liking heights. The African American woman at the front desk (I unfortunately did not catch her name), was so incredibly sweet and helpful. We didn’t know there was a $50 fee for each night and she was so helpful and patient while I ran to the bank to deposit more money. She was also very kind to my son and just all around was a pleasure to talk to. The only thing I didn’t love about the place was the $50 per night fee. It would be different if they were upfront about it, however I booked my room through the Hilton website and there was NO MENTION of the added fee. Also, the fee takes 7-10 business days to be refunded so that kind of sucks. And the pool was a little disappointing. My son was SUPER excited to go swimming-which he did-but the water was so cold that his father and I couldn’t stay in long so we weren’t able to play like we wanted to. Otherwise the whole experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend to anyone. Room-Very big and cozy. The beds were clean and well made. Pillows were a little soft but still comfy, and the blankets were nice and think. Huge TVS with accessible ports for your gaming consoles. Lots of easy access outlets. Couch was comfy and overall big enough for 3 people. The kitchen area was small but serves its purpose well. Bathroom was massive and well lit. Overall and nice room and great amenities. Nearby activities-Lots of great things near by! Hunt valley mall is less then a 2 minute drive. Ty he have all kinds of shopping with grocery stores, food places, clothing, home goods, crafts, and even a gym! There’s a light rail stop near by if you don’t want to drive. And lots of other close places to the hotel! Food and drink-Delicious food at the restaurant and bar area. And the specialty drinks where great! Had a wide variety of foods as well, everything from pizza to burgers to salmon to chicken tenders. We ordered a burger, pizza and steak and we ate every last bite of our dinner. We have been staying at the remodel limited in Cockeysville for work for about the past year. This location is very convenient and close to just about everything you would need from Walmart to gas stations grocery stores and restaurants. Location is not far from the city and everyone that works here is extremely nice.

Bagus, sederhana dan bersih. Sarapan panas disediakan! TV berfungsi dengan betul - walaupun butang jarak jauh sukar untuk ditekan. Tempat tidur yang selesa, penyesuaian suhu yang mudah, bilik mandi bersih. Kerusi meja kelihatan seperti dikunyah sedikit. Lif mereka juga agak jengkel, tetapi mereka mempunyai tanda-tanda - ikuti sahaja arahan itu dan tidak mengapa. Dekat dengan banyak tempat dan restoran yang bagus! Secara keseluruhan, nilai yang baik!

The place was Clean and booking was seamless ! Affordable worth the money. Great staff! Front desk staff is extra friendly and accommodating! Warm water and clean bathroom! Will definitely book again!
