"Catastrophic. No reception and if you call choose your day and time. They don't work Saturdays or Sundays and we were insulted when by chance we managed to get someone who should have a job other than concierge. Not to be used even the rooms are old. No interest"

"We had a wonderful time there! Perfect for skiing as everything you’d need is literally across the road! Would highly recommend. The food was so good and they really did their best to accommodate for vegetarian. Only (tiny) complaint is that some food items would get over - even within normal meal times. Otherwise it was a beautiful, scenic hotel with warm and friendly staff!"
