"The hotel was nicely decorated & furnished & would be very cosy in winter. Our superior room on the 4th floor was comfortable but quite small. The balcony was nice but the camping chairs on the balcony were extremely uncomfortable. We had half board & enjoyed the breakfasts & dinners - although the menu is the same every night excepting a dish of the day which was normally fish. Every member of the staff was friendly & helpful, especially the staff on reception who helped us book trips."

"Catastrophic. No reception and if you call choose your day and time. They don't work Saturdays or Sundays and we were insulted when by chance we managed to get someone who should have a job other than concierge. Not to be used even the rooms are old. No interest"

"A very charming hotel with exceptional views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. The staff were very attentive, available, and efficient. The renovated room was very pleasant. The lounge area was tastefully decorated and perfect for relaxing with a drink. The home-style cooking was excellent, with a variety of dishes and fresh ingredients. The breakfast was plentiful. The spa was well-maintained."
