"Top notch service lovely reception staff who greets you with a big genuine smile and always helpful to solve any issues you may have. Excellent location and safe, next to a big green park and nearby malls. The room itself is spacious and super clean the sheets are always nice and they do a very good job tidying. There is very little noise from others. The only room for improvement is the smell in the apartment as I’m not sure if its the same in other apartments in the city but it smells a little mouldy/ has a sewage smell and one of the air con was dripping water. We didn’t request a room change since we figured it’s probably because the building itself so the hardware is old, we would still give it a 5 stars stay. The breakfast is with coupons at Nonos which is a restaurant attached to the building the food was delicious but the staff at Nonos was strangely strict with the choice of coffee they serve which is only Long Black coffee allowed for using the breakfast coupon. The saunas were working and hot."

"First of all, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and apptoachable but the thing was checking in and out took too long since they dont have their own table or place to properly process the papers. The place were bigger than the usual I bookedl before . The room has I double deck and 1 double bed. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to recommend to upgrade the cooking stove into induction, it was old and rusted which wasted electricity. They provide sleepers for 4 people. You need to bring your own shampoo and toiletries. If need cleaning and help just inform the staff. Few upgrades is irecommended"

"The room was clean and has a big space. But when we checked in, seems like the utensils and mugs were used, they did not replace it or did not wash it. But overall stay was good and the service was good, the breakfast is good but they just offer only 4 menu. And also, outside noise is disturbing specially when midnight and someone is walking outside because of the wood floor."

"It was good and the staff is kind and respectful. Also roofdeck have a good view of the city. But it could be better if the toilet and bath room have lock for privacy. But overall it was good experience and may book again in the future and i can recommend it to my friends."

"In general, I had a very good stay. My room was great, especially considering the price and overall value. As many people have mentioned before, the elevators can be a bit slow, but honestly, it was not too bad. The mini golf is only one hole, so expectations should be realistic. The pool was quite crowded, but interestingly, the Jacuzzis were not as full (with water) as I expected. That said, they could definitely be improved: the water could be warmer, and it would be nice if they actually produced bubbles. At the moment, they feel more like large, half-filled ponds than real Jacuzzis. As far as I understood, there are no pool towels available, so guests probably need to bring towels from their room. The gym was okay. The equipment is definitely on the older side, but it still works, and you can still get a decent workout in. Other than these small points, everything was pretty much perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back."

Situated in the heart of Makati and just a block away from Ayala Avenue, it strikes a pleasant balance between accessibility and quiet. You’re close enough to be in the middle of everything, yet tucked away from the busiest streets. Greenbelt, countless restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options are literally just a short walk away. For travelers looking to unwind after a long day, there are several massage establishments nearby, and even in-house massage services are available, making it particularly convenient for guests staying a few days or longer. The building itself is undeniably old. Not neglected, not unsafe, and certainly not dilapidated—but old in the way many well-built structures are. You can tell it has decades behind it. In fact, it feels like one of those older buildings that have simply endured better than some newer developments. If you’re expecting sleek contemporary aesthetics, this may not be your first choice. If you’re primarily interested in practicality and location, the age becomes less important. The elevator situation deserves mention. During my stay, only one elevator was operational while another was undergoing upgrades. The functioning elevator is manually operated and has a charmingly old-school character—including a ceiling fan. Surprisingly, it was more efficient than elevators in some much newer buildings I’ve visited. Guests simply contact reception when they need the elevator to stop at their floor. It sounds unusual on paper but worked smoothly in practice. The room itself was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and functional. The shower, toilet, and sink were all well-maintained with reliable water pressure and both hot and cold water available. The air-conditioning cooled the room effectively, Wi-Fi was dependable, and the television offered a respectable selection of channels. I also appreciated the practical amenities: a stove with kitchen ventilation, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and an in-room safety box. The windows face the courtyard side of the property, allowing natural daylight into the room. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout my stay. If your priority is finding a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to rest while spending most of your time exploring Makati, I would happily recommend Prince Plaza II Condotel. In fact, given its location and room amenities, it could also work quite well for longer stays."

"The overall place is decent, however, the linen cover seems to have already been used due to its pungent odour. Every time we asked for room service, it just made the whole room smell worse as the mop used to clean the room likely had not been changed or cleaned. There was even a time when the cleaner took the money that had been left out in the open by the table, although we were going to tip anyway, it is just concerning that they’d take whatever money’s left out without having prior knowledge of whether the money is going to be given. What if it had been someone else's money or a larger amount than usual?"
