Cari Hotel 1-Star di Manila

Room was a bit unclean upon check in. There were dried hair in the sink at the entrance. Sink was dirty. No trash bin at the toilet, there used to be 1 in our previous stay. Shower tends to get too hot and water gets very weak esp early morning. No wifi, no tv channel. 3rd extendion gone to waste as there was drilling works the whole day until late night. We ended up leaving and not being able to stay overnight. Request a refund already. Ate Mariz, the hotel attendant was very helpful and friendly, she was able to accommodate us upon check in though it was already around 12midnight.

The location is good. The staffs are nice. The place is clean as well. However, I wish they’s spray the room with some kind of air freshener as well. The room smelled like a person’s sweat when you open the door. Good thing I brought a perfume with me to hang in.

good enough to stay with a friend for a few nights. close to fastfood restos or karinderya and more. several meters walk to the university which is good for the students. cons: no hot water in the shower, no toiletries so bring your own, towels are not enough, no slippers.

(we forgot to take a pic of the room lol) Booked this place since we joined a fun run in Quirino Grandstand. The location of this place is so good, it’s very accessible and near to places we wanna go. Just a few walks, you’re in National Museum, Dolomite Beach, Rizal Park, etc. Also lots of convenience store nearby. We just walked from there to UN Station when going home. The room itself is not that spacious but good enough if you just want a place to rest and bathe. The room includes basic toiletries (shampoo and soap which smells good btw) and towels. The wifi is a bit unstable so we can’t use TV. The staffs are accommodating. We asked if there’s somewhere we can ask for hot water (‘coz we brought instant coffee) then they delivered kettle and mugs to our room which is free. They also don’t ask any deposit or ID to present upon check in. Overall, it’s a good choice for its price and accessibility.

This is not a hotel. The appropriate name should be guest house. This is located in a residential area quite close to the JAC Liner Buendia Terminal. Grab Car only costs Php 107. This guest house provides free water and can be easily located when you book a car or food from Grab. The lobby is clean. No elevator to get to the higher floors so get ready to climb up. The room I stayed in barely had water pressure that I had to checkout early and move to another hotel. The staff tried to fix it but the water pressure was still substandard. Should I book here again, I would totally check the shower and the faucet first to make sure that I don't experience the same inconvenience.

TOILET BOWL WAS DIRTY. SHOWER DOOR BROKEN. NO BEDDINGS AND TOILETRIES READY UPON CHECKIN  TV NOT WORKING SO WE REQUESTED TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM NOT RECOMMENDED. 😕

Its quite good: room is big (25m2) and good located. But there are some problems to be better: no mirror at toallet; the kitchen has nothing elements to preper anything (no sense); and many noise in the part of hotel next to Taft Aveniu like cars and trains.

Such a wonderful find! The room was pristine and so comfortable, truly a home away from home. We'll definitely be back for another fantastic stay!

The room is decent but lacks space. If you're only looking for a place to sleep briefly, it's a suitable option. The entrance location is rather ambiguous, causing confusion during our search. There are only stairs leading up to every room
