This is probably the best lodging I've ever tried. The place is great for minimal cost. • Area is very clean from the rooms, to hallways, even the bathrooms and outside area. • I booked the shared room option but I got to stay at the room by myself since there are no other guest at the time. • The shower has a heater, great for early morning showers. • Staffs are very friendly. • Walking distance from establishments like fastfood restaurants, LRT Pureza Station, groceries, etc. Overall impression is great.

The location is good. The staffs are nice. The place is clean as well. However, I wish they’s spray the room with some kind of air freshener as well. The room smelled like a person’s sweat when you open the door. Good thing I brought a perfume with me to hang in.

This is not a hotel. The appropriate name should be guest house. This is located in a residential area quite close to the JAC Liner Buendia Terminal. Grab Car only costs Php 107. This guest house provides free water and can be easily located when you book a car or food from Grab. The lobby is clean. No elevator to get to the higher floors so get ready to climb up. The room I stayed in barely had water pressure that I had to checkout early and move to another hotel. The staff tried to fix it but the water pressure was still substandard. Should I book here again, I would totally check the shower and the faucet first to make sure that I don't experience the same inconvenience.

TOILET BOWL WAS DIRTY. SHOWER DOOR BROKEN. NO BEDDINGS AND TOILETRIES READY UPON CHECKIN  TV NOT WORKING SO WE REQUESTED TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM NOT RECOMMENDED. 😕

Its quite good: room is big (25m2) and good located. But there are some problems to be better: no mirror at toallet; the kitchen has nothing elements to preper anything (no sense); and many noise in the part of hotel next to Taft Aveniu like cars and trains.

Such a wonderful find! The room was pristine and so comfortable, truly a home away from home. We'll definitely be back for another fantastic stay!

The location is nice, it’s located in the U-belt area where access to schools, food and spots is near. However, the hotel itself must improve their services, we arrived late and night from the airport and it seems like the only staff available was a sleeping security guard who doesn’t seem informed about our booking, they gave us a room that was only open which they claimed the customer only “viewed the room” and left, but the bed seemed used. The bathroom smells bad and seems like is not maintained properly. When asking for receipt, nothing was given as well. I hope that the hotel would improve their services service because the location is good and accessible.

Excellent staff, especially the lady on reception. Front rooms are very noisy, back rooms so much better. No elevator. Good exercise up the stairs as long as you don't have a big heavy suitcase Crazy traffic on the street outside, plenty of places to eat. No short time.... Much quieter at night.

The room is decent but lacks space. If you're only looking for a place to sleep briefly, it's a suitable option. The entrance location is rather ambiguous, causing confusion during our search. There are only stairs leading up to every room
