The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. been here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price. the room Is Big tv is working Airconditioning is Good Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc. location is Good there is also a restaurant at ground floor only thing that i hate is - theres no hot shower - no elevator - Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches

Perfect location near all the bars and restaurants. Its also near the port. They also give massage services in room. Room size is okay

The room is overall cozy and clean. Aircon is new, the bed is cozy very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with hot shower. But no water heater in the room you still need to request. I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out.

Just quite run down, so didn’t appear super clean. Really central location for the old part of the walled city but local bar was right outside and quite noisy. Though it did not run too late.

My stay at RedDoorz booked through Trip.com was better this time. I got a nicer room, but unfortunately, there was no drinking water provided as advertised. Overall, a mixed experience.
