Just stayed for the one night as visiting family in Crewe for a Anniversary celebration. Great location. Check in was a breeze and our room was clean and comfortable. Big shout out to Kerry and Tracey who were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were extremely accommodating and looked after us beyond their need after a long trip with the 6 kids... Big thanks to restaurant staff Morgan, Kerrie, Matt and megan and chefs 💜 made the memories for the kids thank you ,..............

Really good value for money - huge comfortable room, comfortable bed, kind and helpful staff. Was going for a wedding and I came early, but the staff were super accommodating. The woman on reception on Sat 9th Nov 2024 was so lovely and helpful, much appreciated.

Couldn’t fault my stay whatsoever. Kerrie was at reception on arrival she was fantastic very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond making sure my stay was perfect. I didn’t catch everyone else’s names but each encounter was very pleasant. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was good too. Definitely would recommend.

We never expected this to be a 5-star experience, so our stay comes in at a very average 3-stars. Good location close to the station and football ground, but like most Premier Inns, it's on a busy main road, so the traffic starts really early morning which makes sleeping with the window open to let some air into the room impossible I'm afraid. The staff are brilliant, friendly and really helpful. The rooms are over-priced for the area. Ours was a little 'shabby' and in need of a make-over.... so that's why we award 3-stars.

Great hotel. Right near the train station. Clean and well equipped. All the staff so helpful and friendly - Tracey on reception was really kind and did her best to help us with things we needed at check-in! It is only a 5 minutes walk from the train station and from a Starbucks.

We stayed here overnight due to attending a friend's funeral. Booking in was a breeze and the staff very helpful. Because of where we had been we booked in early evening. We decided to eat there as there was a few of us staying overnight. Ordering our food and drinks was straight forward and we chose a light evening meal. When it came, I thought the food was heavily overcooked, but my wife liked it that way, so no probs. The rest of the evening was spent socialising and the staff kept up very well with the demand for food and drinks. The only glitch and it was a small inconvenience, we had to get our room key card reprogrammed four times as it wouldn't unlock the door. Apart from that, it was a decent overnight stay.

Staff were excellent at this hotel, food once served was nice enough, nothing exceptional but its a Beefeater so not expecting much. 3 of the 6 dishes were service 15 minutes later that the first 3 as Kitchen hadn't made them, but Sean was apologetic and kept us up to speed with what was going on.

We would just like to say thank you to Tracey and all of the staff at the Premier Inn central in Crewe for a lovely stay Everybody was so friendly and helpful and the credit to their organisation Nice clean room good food and service at the nearby restaurant. Lovely breakfast as well cooked to order. Fully recommended and we will definitely be going back again Well done, Tracey
