"It was a great experience. We contacted the hotel and they sent a car to pick us up at the station. They also took us to see the waterfall. The hotel lobby is Western-style, with free snacks and drinks, and a buffet with rich choices in the evening. Every staff member was very kind, especially the driver. We asked about a place he was not very clear about, but he checked it out and printed it out for us after we got off the car. I was really touched."
