The massage by a skilled & attentive guy was the capstone of my visit -- but the quiet, the food, the spacious room and location couldn't be better. Glad to have a car here though, as dolmus & taxi were inconvenient. Check-in lady was thoughtful and helpful too, with driving advice and giving me the most deliciously silent nights in months of travel. In peak season it may be bubbling with families here for the pool & water slide, but the location out of town is peaceful and a nice base to explore the area. Good dinner buffet makes it a fine stay I extended twice.

I stayed here the night before I was flying home from Dalaman as it’s very near to the airport. We had. been staying at the Hilton nearby, but as we had an early flight, it seemed silly to pay €600 just to sleep and get the flight. So I booked this thinking, it’ll be alright, it’s just to sleep! I had initially booked the overspill hotel studio 61, but as I was staying as a single female with just my children, they decided to put me in the main hotel. ( nothing wrong with studio 61. It’s just quieter in the main block) They didn’t have to do this and I appreciate they needed to have the availability. Our Apartment was amazing it’s actually better than the Hilton !!! The team were friendly and helpful. It’s clean , my it’s modern and I would highly recommend this hotel not just for an overnight stay before the flight. In future, I think I would book here for three days before my flight instead of the Hilton!! We usually stay in Marmaris for a week and then move nearer to the airport at the Hilton for the last few days. But as I said next year, I think I’ll save some money and stay at this beautiful Dolphin hotel. I literally cannot find one fault with it ! Five star from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Uçuş saatimizden ötürü araştıramadan havalimanına yakın diye sadece 4 saatliğine yerleşmemiz gerekti eşyalar için, Allah a emanet bir 4 saat geçirdik. Normalde sadece uyumak için bile olsa araştırırım,fakat ets de yer alan ve fotoğrafları yanıltıcı olan bir pislik yuvası burası. 4 saat kalacağım ne kadar kötü olabilir ki diyorsunuz fakat öyle değilmiş. Mide bulandırıcı, güvenliksiz, leş gibi, her tarafı pislik ve koku dolu. Otel falan değil burası.Bilsem değil 4; 1 saatliğine dahi adım atmazdım. Otelden çıkınca giydiğiniz her şeyi çöpe atma ihtiyacı duyuyorsunuz Hayatımda bu kadar kötü ve tehlikeli bir yerde kaldığımı hatırlamıyorum. Gece 3 te ayrıldık, odanın kapısını açtığımızda zifiri karanlıkta telefonların fenerini açarak çıkış kapısına kadar adeta kaçarak çıktık. Öyle ki taksi aracın uzunlarını yakarak önümüzü aydınlattı, o bile sordu bu otelde sadece siz mi varsınız neden bu kadar karanlık her yer diye. Bir tane dahi aydınlatma yok. ne bir çalışan ne resepsiyon ne yetkili in cin top oynuyor. Gece zifiri karanlıkta ve sessizlikte tek başımıza çıktık otelden. Resepsiyondaki tek görevli çıkıp gitmişti tüm ışıkları kapatıp, resepsiyon da değil camekanlı rezil bir alan, sadece ödeme almak için yapılmış belli ki. Başımıza bir şey gelse kimsenin haberi olmazdı burada. Odanın kapısı kapanmıyordu, girişteki ödeme alan tek çalışana söyledik kapıyı yukarı doğru kaldırdı böyle yaparsanız kapanır dedi gitti. Odayı ve pislik içindeki lavaboyu dezenfekte edip çamaşır suyuyla yıkamalarını aksi taktirde odada duramayacağımızı söyledik, odaya oda kokusu sıkıp gitmişler. Emniyetsiz ve pislik içinde geçirdik 4 saati. Lavabolar mide bulandırıcı. Aklı olan adımını atmasın, gerekli her yere bildireceğim, bu korkunç yer otel falan değil ve çok tehlikeli. 1 saat için dahi gitmeyin, sokakta yatın daha emniyetli.

We had booked two rooms (4 bed each) to spend one night in this hotel (9-10 June 2023). The conditions of this hotel were extremely poor, with moulds, rust and spider webs everywhere specially the bathroom, dodgy and dangerous electric, hair and dust everywhere, broken and mouldy fridge & air con and last but not least the room doors did not lock from the inside, so you can imagen none of us could sleep for the shock of all this conditions and feeling unsafe. I have all this evidence by my photographs and video. The hotel was advertised as having breakfast, which we were informed the hotel did not have, however given the unsafe state of the rooms in this hotel this was the least of our worries. Also, as we were two families of 4, we booked two 4 bed room, but we were given a 5 bed room and a 3 bed room!? The middle-aged man at the reception could not speak a word of English and was very unhelpful. Our stay at this hotel caused my family great upset and discomfort right at the start of our holiday.

The hotel is a small family run business. Alp and his team couldn’t do enough for us. We were waited on hand and foot from the delicious traditional Turkish breakfast (other options were available) until the bar closed late in the evening (premier league football was available which was a bonus for us) The rooms were spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a very well stocked mini bar. There was even a pillow menu and room cleaning was available daily if requested. The swimming pool is salt water so no nasty chemical smell and the rocking seats were fantastic when looking for a shady spot. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to the centre where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend.

I want to say a wonderful hotel, delicious breakfast, staff 5 points, they will solve all issues in any language, special thanks to ilhan , he helped organize a transfer to Marmaris and even helped me buy a ferry ticket to Greece. everything is very fast, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the doors, they squeak when they are not closed, you spend half a day by the pool, then when the heat subsides on foot or by taxi to the center 6 minutes. I was satisfied, nothing spoiled the trip, the reception is in touch 24/7!
