"You are here because of the Onsen. Onsen was exceptional especially the outdoor ones. Food buffet was well cooked and Japanese style. We love the stay experience. However, the room has strong cigarette smell and insects from outdoor. Other than that, all was forgiven. The staff needed to learn more English and be more available to help."

"The hotel service was good, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. The hotel's location is also excellent. Driving from New Chitose Airport, avoiding toll roads, it took us just over an hour to get there, and the scenery along the way was quite nice. I went with my mother and a few elders. The hotel's parking lot had plenty of spaces, and parking was free, which was a bonus. The room size was spacious enough. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were quite extensive and tasted good. Driving from the hotel to Jigokudani (Hell Valley), Oyunuma, and Shikotsu-Toya National Park was all quite close. The suburban environment is particularly comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Although I was a little worried about the shared toilet and bathroom before staying there, it was clean and I think it's a great deal for the price, especially with breakfast included! However, it was disappointing that the hot water was empty and wasn't refilled by check-out, so I couldn't use the free amenities, especially the drinks."
