I had just fallen asleep when I heard a loud noise coming from downstairs, like they were pulling steel bars. I initially thought it was construction work, but it turned out to be the housekeeping staff pulling chairs. It was clearly a design flaw in the hotel, yet their attitude was extremely poor; they said it was 9 am and it was their turn to clean and make noise. I had planned to have lunch there, but I could only say I would never come back. This is the first time I've given a bad review in all my years of using Ctrip, and I sincerely do not recommend staying there. I've eaten at the hotel a few times, and the food was terrible. 👎"
