The water pressure in our room was very low, and there was no hot water available in the rooms for showering. WiFi was available around the hotel grounds but not available in our room. "Some of the reviews on this hotel are incredibly harsh to the point I almost cancelled due to fear, maybe things were different before but I had a great experience here despite having high standards. The rooms were finished to high spec, the service was good and fast and the hotel offers a peaceful quiet atmosphere (something not so common in Palomino or in the Caribbean region in general). If you want to be close to Palomino town this isn't the best choice for you as it's a little further out but that's why it's peaceful! The restaurant is just okay I'd say, it's a little pricey and the food is good but not spectacular. The cocktails are very good though! "
