"I booked the hotel because of the motorcycle theme in the lobby, but when I wanted to shower that evening, there was no hot water. I asked the front desk, and they said they would run hot spring water from outside for a while, but after 10 minutes, there was still no hot water. I had to find a nearby public bathhouse to shower.
