"Arrived after a 12 hour flight, security guard told someone would come, after two hours of wait no one showed up. Called trip.com they had send me for the first an email explaining how to check in through a local Portal called travelio that only accepted local. Took me 5 hours of wait until I got in my room. Both are a disgrace for hospitality. Trip.com are you happy you use your customers as guinea pigs?"

"When checking in at the front desk, they were directed to another officer. The room attendant was escorted to the room, but instead of waiting or asking if there were any problems, room facilities, or so on, instead the attendant immediately walked away and didn't say anything. The room is REALLY DIRTY. First came the smell of cigarette smoke. The floor is very dirty and there is a lot of hair falling out. Under the pantry there are lots of dead cockroaches, the water flow from the pantry tap is small, the curtains and table are dusty, the mattress (blanket, sheet, pillow) smells really bad!!! Suspicious if the bed sheets are not replaced. Then many gallons of water (leMi***al) that were left over were not thrown away. Anyway, gross!!!!! The condition of the other room I ordered was not much different. Even the main light in the room was off, only one light was on and it was dim. The pantry table was very dirty and the gas was out. The bucket in the bathroom contains a bowl of instant porridge. Make *** ung?? So dirty!! Because the condition of the room was like that, when I wanted to complain to the front desk, I was thrown away again and told to look for the room attendant himself. What's worse, the room attendant was very slow to respond!!"
