"We would honestly give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars — and even that feels generous. The most disappointing part is that we were actively misled during the booking process. After booking, we noticed in the confirmation that the pool area and beach facilities were supposedly not open yet. Since this was a major reason for choosing the hotel, I immediately called and wanted to cancel the reservation. I was then explicitly told by the hotel that if the weather was nice, everything would be open and we would of course be able to use the pool and beach club facilities. Based on that promise, we decided not to cancel. When we arrived, with temperatures around 30°C every single day, we discovered that the beach club was technically “open” — but in reality completely unusable. There are maybe 30 sunbeds available for a fully booked hotel plus additional outside guests. If you arrive after lunchtime, there is absolutely no chance to get a place. Towels? You have to bring them yourself. Service? Almost nonexistent. You can literally watch dirty dishes and food remain uncleared for long periods while staff seem overwhelmed or uninterested. The reception team was unfortunately also far from welcoming. Whenever we raised concerns, nobody wanted to take responsibility or even acknowledge the problem properly. The only person who genuinely tried to help was the marketing manager, who seemed honestly embarrassed by the situation — but of course she cannot run the beach club herself. What is truly unbelievable is that the hotel charges around €600 per night for a room for two adults and one 14-year-old child during peak holiday season, while offering no realistic access to pools or family facilities. Our child basically had nowhere to go and nothing to do because all pool and beach areas were overcrowded from early morning onward. To be fair: the rooms are beautiful, the property itself is very nice, and the housekeeping staff, maintenance workers, and operational staff are all extremely friendly and hardworking. They are clearly doing their best. The problem is simply terrible management and completely unrealistic capacity planning. Back when this property was part of Luxury Collection, the experience was genuinely good. Today, unfortunately, we absolutely cannot recommend staying here anymore. The irony is that everyone here knows summer starts long before June 1st in this region. It can already be 35–40°C in May, yet the hotel still operates as if guests should accept that key facilities are “not fully available.” That might work on paper, but not when charging luxury hotel prices. Overall: beautiful property, disastrous guest experience."

"We were looking for something unique, different with own close community, feel that you enjoy every moment. We spent 2 days with amazing view over the bay. Apartment is good size with nicely furnished and feeling of very safe. I love seating on balcony , having glass of wine, listen sea music. One small things i missed in apartment was security box but the whole bay is very safe. You can get free access to beach if you are continue to the end of the resort and get on beach. However if you want to spend time seating on grass, swim in small swimming pool you can buy access to it which is quite pricey. We paid after 5% discount 111 EUR for 3 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. We love bakery not far from our apartment with fresh coffee and great pastry. Staff at reception was very helpful and hardly recommend this place."

"I came with my wife and we had a very good time. The staff was polite, the reception was helpful, and the entertainment was really nice There are some things that need improvement The kids’ area doesn’t have air conditioning, and in the playground we found leftovers of Chinese food, candies, and water balloons on the ground. The pool has a strange smell and there isn’t enough shade in the pool area you either have to pay for shade or the trees don’t cover enough The same goes for the tennis and ping‑pong courts, and on top of that the basketball court is unusable We had dinner at the poolside restaurant in the evening: the waiters were all very kind and the food arrived immediately The pizza was very good and the pasta was the best we’ve ever tasted There is entertainment for both adults and children; my wife really enjoyed the morning stretching sessions, and we also took part in a lovely karaoke night Apart from the very negative things mentioned at the beginning, this village is beautiful, and if it were maintained a bit more, it would be even nicer"
