Nous avions réserver en ligne quand nous arrivons nous avons tjr la surprise de ne pas avoir la même chambre que sur les photos c’est très trompeurs de plus nous avons eu une chambre pour personne handicapée ce n’était pas commode au niveau de la salle d’eau tt au moins prévenir le client avant le paiement je suis déçue sachant que la chambre pour la nuitée est assez onéreuse et la réponse apportée par les personnes de accueil est de dire c’était la seule chambre qui restait dispo bah oui mais préciser le sur le site

My husband had to stay in France for a week and we found this hotel in Lille, he stayed there for a couple of days until he had to go to Dunkerque. First of all, I want to start by saying that my husband does not speak English and therefore I was helping him to get around through talking on the phone with people and booking places online from the UK. When I was trying to extend his day at the hotel for an extra night, the receptionist had told me that the price is different tonight and it is €98. I was quite sceptical so I decided to check the price on their website and had seen that it was half of the price that the receptionist had told us. My husband had to go to Dunkerque and we found that there was another B&B Hotel there and we thought since he was confident and comfortable in the hotel in Lille, it would be easier for him to stay at the same hotel in Dunkerque. However this was the worst experience. I had booked a night at this hotel for my husband only for the receptionist to say that they wouldn't accept my husband because he did not have the credit card that I had payed with. He was never asked to show a credit card in the B&B Hotel in Lille. Bear in mind, my husband does not know english, he is a tourist and due to where he is from, he does not have a VISA or Mastercard. I spoke to what seemed to be the manager of the hotel and explained to him my situation and that I could send him a photo of my card details if that would be better as I did not want my husband on the street. He then replied with a cold ”No.”, I mentioned that it does not say anywhere on the website that you need a credit card on arrival and in Lille they did not ask me for one. He replied to me with this: ”Well this is MY hotel.” in a very arrogant manner. I asked for a refund and he replied ”Check online”. Not only did I not get a refund (as there was no option for one online), my husband was out in the freezing and rainy weather with no where to go. My husband had later told me that the staffs attitude towards him was rude and smug when he attempted to talk to him in the little bit of English that he knew, as if they were looking down on him for being a foreigner. This is absolutely discriminatory and I would avoid this place at all costs, unless you are fine with arrogant and snobbish behaviour. For this all to happen on my husbands birthday is just heartbreaking. I have never felt so angry and helpless that my husband was roaming the streets to a strange city he was so unfamiliar with. I do not recommend this place, please avoid if you want to be scammed for your money.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, accueil très sympathique, logement très spacieux et très propre, très bien placé . Très calme pourtant en centre ville. Endroit très accueillant et fleuri .je recommande

這家酒店可能是法國🇫🇷敦刻爾克最貴的酒店，但也是距離敦刻爾克戰場遺址及盟軍大撤退博物館最近的酒店！酒店設施，服務，房間那些我都不用説，一貫的高水準不容置疑，也不會翻車！最好的一點是：海邊🏝️，沙灘，戰爭工事木樁，懸索橋，記念牆都在這裏！入住一晚，這裏的歷史都全都瞭解了！

We have stayed in many premiere classe hotels over the last 21 years and except they are cheap and basic. However on arriving at this premiere classe, it looked dirty and run down on the outside with litter everywhere. On entering the room it smelt very smoky and stale, the bed covers were covered in cigarette burns, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet itself looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in months. I refused to shower as I felt I'd feel more dirty, due to the stains and hairs in there. The wash basin wasn't much better and again had terrible stains on it. I've put terrible value for money, not because of the price, but because I feel that we should not have to have paid anything for such a terrible room. Location also wasn't great, with nothing near by, however I feel that this is our fault for not researching the area.It's made us reconsider booking with you again later in the year, or in fact ever again.

I have stayed here 3 times now whilst working at Dunkerque port. The staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful. They try to communicate as best they can as I have limited French vocabulary. They have a lovely new receptionist, Fadwa, who speaks English very well. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Dunkirk for business or a short sightseeing trip.

Du 24 au 26, soit 2 nuits et 2 petits-déjeuners : nul nul nul. Un chauffage électrique des années 80 qui pue si on l'allume et le mini chauffage électrique de la salle de bain était tiède à fond. Robinetterie datant de la guerre. Pommeau de douche arrosant sur le côté avec un mur troué. L'eau des WC stagnant. Lumière de lit cassée. Et côté buffet du petit-déjeuner, un sketch tellement il n'y avait rien. Des fruits abîmés, 2 puis 3 fromages mal au point. Le pire, 4 petits pains aux céréales qui sortaient du congélateur (un sentait le poisson). Pour les buveurs de thé comme moi, faudra vous contenter des tasse de café (pas de bol le second matin). Voulant aller au WC sans monter dans ma chambre, il faut descendre au sous-sol pour tomber sur un pissoir HS. Seul point positif : le personnel est très gentil
