"The hotel doesn't understand the definition of "hospitality." Dinner is served no later than 8:30 PM. Due to traffic on the highway, we arrived slightly late (8:00 PM). When we called the hotel to say we'd be late for dinner, they told us the chef had already gone home. So we paid for a dinner we never received... There was no discussion, compensation, or conversation possible. Our room wasn't 100% clean and the bed was uncomfortable. We do not recommend this hotel."

"I made a booking for a one night stop-over for my family (two small kids). The booking was made a few days before the trip and I cancelled it 3-4 hours later when I realized that we had to walk for an hour up a mountain to get to the hotel. The description at *********** says “not more than a 30 min walk” which was acceptable to us. However the reviews said about one hour walk and when asked the hotel confirmed 50 min is expected. This difference is significant (double the time) and the information provided is misleading. Based on that I requested a cancellation without a fee, this was ignored by the hotel who drew the fee from my account without answering mails. Poor service and not trustworthy. Note: I haven’t stayed at the hotel so it might be nice place."
