This is a good hotel, but if they want people to stay there, they need to change a lot, and not focus on the military, who can tolerate a lot. Also, during the day, you can't bring your friends or acquaintances to your room, at the reception they will demand $ 30 from you, citing security. This is not even at night, but during the day. "My son had two stays in May 2025 when he arrived and June 2025 when he departed at the Marriott Protea in Entebbe. He was there for a medical trip and stayed two days at the hotel. His experience was wonderful both times. The hotel is an oasis very close to the airport. They also have have a great shuttle to and from the airport. The pool, the restaurant, and most importantly very nice rooms made his stays wonderful. A huge thanks to Mr. Cymon Charnley and his whole team at the hotel. A highly recommend staying here if you are ever traveling to Kampala and Entebbe areas or have family traveling here."
