Lars, the owner, and his team are friendly and accommodating. When asked in advance, Lara will be happy to prepare a vegan meal. There is a gym and pool table for winding down inside. Quite a few local hikes around. Very much recommended."

Price is higher than similar quality hotels. Paid 200 NC extra for new room. Shower towels were old and spots of dirt/old stain. Otherwise just regular hotel. Breakfast was good."

"Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!"
