Hotel terbaik di Firestone

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. So clean and everything was so nice. Nice, quiet ‘roomy’ rooms. A great variety of items for breakfast.

We arrived and got to our room without any issues. We went to plug in a charger and noticed that 2 outlets did not have the plate cover on them. Then my husband found the fire alarm in the dresser drawer. We told them about these issues the next morning on our way out. We thought that they would be fixed when we returned later that day but nothing had been done. My husband went to talk to the person at the desk. He acted as if it was no big deal about the fire alarm, that time my husband actually took it to them. He also, mentioned the outlet covers again the man did not even know what my husband was talking about so my husband showed him on a outlet near. Next, morning we mentioned it again to someone else thought again it would be fixed but it wasn't!! I would think that safety would be a number 1 priority but and I guess not. I'm glad we didn't have any children during our stay that could have gotten shocked. Also, glad there was not a fire because we would not have known about it most likely!!!! We had 4 adults in the room and only 2 towels. We got more the first night and the lady wrote down that there were 4 adults in the room so that they would leave 4. We had to ask for towels every night and in fact one night the guy wasn't going to give us towels because we didn't bring the dirty ones. They took the towels when they made the beds. They didn't clean the tub or sink at all during our stay. The screen to our window looked like someone had tried getting into it. I wish we would have spent our money elsewhere!!!

Very good hotel smooth check in would come again if I come back to that place
