I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best western plus Amedia Wien, and the experience surpassed my expectations in several aspects: 1. **Accurate Representation:** The room matched the images provided online, offering a comforting sense of reliability and meeting the expectations set by the visuals. 2. **Friendly and Accommodating Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. 3. **Convenient Location and Transportation Access:** The hotel's location was strategically chosen, providing easy access to transportation hubs. This made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of my stay. 4. **Delightful Breakfast Options:** The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of tasty options. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations, setting a positive tone for each day. In conclusion, my stay at was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I commend the hotel for its commitment to guest satisfaction and look forward to returning in the future.

I chose this hotel because it advertised a shuttle service. I called the hotel from the airport asking where I can get the shuttle. I was told that it is only available from the hotel to the airport and advised to take a taxi. The taxi cost 21 Euro for about an 9-minute ride. Once at the hotel, I asked about the shuttle service for next morning transfer to the airport. I was told that the cost for a ride in a minivan with other passengers costs 19.50 Euro per person. I was confused, saying that their website advertises a shuttle service. The front desk clerk, yes we do, but it's not free. What? That's like saying we offer WIFI, and towels and bedding, but they are not free... does not make sense. The point being that I paid a reasonable price for the hotel, about 66 Euro, but then I spent another 40 Euro for taxi rides, which is disproportionately high! Don't get caught by this scam.

Ein schönes und modernes Hotel! Das Zimmer sowieso die ganze Anlage war sehr sauber. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei - auch dieser wurde freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück konnten wir nicht bewerten, da wir ein Zimmer ohne Verpflegung buchten. Die Lage war auch super - Öffis war gleich in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert ! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Quick check-in and location is just a 5-min walk from Wien hbf (Vienna Central Terminal). Clean room and bed, and good shower with shower gel. Remember to bring all other amenities eg slippers, drinking water etc.

Our bedroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay of three nights, we felt this is unacceptable for a hotel. Also our floor corridor didn’t have any lights with the exception of emergency exit lights (please note corridors are black and green representing a forest) so dark. Our bedroom had a very good size and kitchenette, although there was only 1 chair and the bedroom is for 2 people. These are things that I believe can be improved. The hotel have a good vibe , music and food.

Hotel was undergoing renovation, was noisy some times, but altogether ok. Cleaning rooms is a bit of guys and miss. Was not impressed for a Hilton. Breakfast service is great though, and location is surreal for a vacation stay.

Nearby the main train station HBF, just a less than 10mins walk distance, but if you call taxi, the car couldn’t drive until in front of the hotel, you’ll have to walk a little bit to reach the road Cozy and kinda quiet room at nighttime because is surrounded local residents houses The room and toilet a bit small for 3 pax, have to prepare extension if you’re in a big group cause the charging socket only 3-4 and not near to the bed But then so far this hotel was good enough

After reading reviews of this hotel I was really looking forward to staying here. First impression is like an old office block but it is very trendy inside, welcome was very friendly and a very good first impression. As the location of hotel is quite a walk into town we thought we’d have dinner in hotel. We certainly wished we hadn’t. The waiter was nothing other than rude. We had curry which was bland and just warm with dried out rice. We never received our side order which we asked for twice. Despite the restaurant having only approximately 3 other tables occupied we never received any service, we went to the bar twice to ask for a drink, then ask where our side was which still never came. Waiter just on phone and seemed annoyed when we asked something. When we asked for another drink again at the bar ourselves, we asked what deserts were available to a response of ‘fridge’ and pointed across to the other side of bar. We chose the driest brownie available and wish we hadn’t. When he came with the bill, he informed us twice service not included..which I informed him, we had received near to no service and that what we did receive was awful! He laughed. We paid over €70 for 2 bland chicken curries and a few beers & a brownie. He then forgot the drink we’d ordered at the bar so when I went up he then said he had no change (probably because I’d not tipped the awful service previously). How can you not have change from a €10 note? So after waiting for a minute whilst he kept looking in the same wallet I told him to keep the €5 euro change. It left a very bad impression of the hotel on our first night in Vienna after travelling from two other cities and hotels that offered impeccable service. Such a shame when the rest of the staff seemed so customer focused. However the reason I’ve given 3 stars is the rest of the staff were lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and the gent who runs breakfast was very helpful. Room nice, a tad small, think it’s all designed to be trendy more than comfort, but no complaints apart from big, shower gels and soap, one completely empty and one with scraps of soap left. These should be changed when the room made up, especially when paying a premium for class of room. In all beautiful decor downstairs, on whole friendly staff, would I stay here again probably not.

The location of the accommodation near Central Station is very convenient, with only a 7-minute walk, cleanliness and spaciousness of the space are commendable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The nearby Italian restaurant Vapiano, it's wonderful that you enjoyed the food there. Overall, a great experience and were pleased with the recommendation from Trip.com.

We're a family of 5 and have just returned from an 8-night trip to Vienna. We loved our stay at the Jufa - the hotel is clean and bright, our room was large and clean. The beds are comfy and the shower is fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a vast selection on offer and is scrumptious. Public transport is very close to the hotel and the connection to Vienna City Center and many sights is quick and uncomplicated. There are several supermarkets and many eateries within a few minutes walking distance. Most important - the staff is all around very friendly, smiley and so helpful. If you need something - ask, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate. We'll be back!
