Sehr gutes Hotel, Preis/ Leistung stimmt. Essen gut, Spa-bereich ebenso. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Bar, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, es lohnt sich, selbst ins Regal zu schauen, da dort einige Spirituosen stehen, die nicht auf der Karte stehen. Gute Auswahl an Whiskeys. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Barkeeperin, die einen grandiosen Old Fashioned zaubern kann, der im übrigen auch nicht auf der Karte gelistet ist, was auch nicht jede Barkeeperin von sich behaupten kann, Extrawünsche so gut erfüllt zu bekommen. Iniciamos nuestro viaje para ir a la Selva negra y Alsacia en este hotel un grupo de 43 personas. Con buenas instalaciones ( salvo los ascensores ). Hicimos noche del 9 al 10 y del 15 al 16 en ambas fechas solo funcionaba un ascensor, complicado subir y bajar equipajes. La habitación con mini frigorífico estaba bien, camas cómodas, buena climatización, baño con ducha también bien. Buen buffet del desayuno. Para la cena, ya se sabe que cuando se hacen circuitos en grupo es lo justo, justo. Como no hay nada que ver en los alrededores, una buena opción es la bonita terraza que hay en la zona del bar para tomarse algo y disfrutar del croar de las ranas. Para ir a Frankfurt a menos de 10 minutos del hotel está la estación de tren de STIERSTADT - OBERURSEL y sacamos billete de ida y vuelta en la expendedora ( en español) a HAUPTWACHE - FRANKFURT el tren lo cogemos en el andén 1. Para volver cogemos el tren en HAUPTWACHE en el andén 3, la línea es la S5. Lo mejor es hacer una foto de los nombres de las estaciones para no olvidar los nombres. Google Maps es otra opción.

Our flight was canceled but Lufthansa put us here overnight. Nearby and easy to get to. Staff was friendly, room quite comfortable. My only complaint is supper: Lufthansa gave vouchers good for 18€ each, but the hotel had a special arrangement for airport guests- no choice of food or drink, and if that plate of pasta cost 18€ I’d be shocked. Why not let guests choose something? Otherwise great!

Het hotel ligt vlak aan het station. Doch heb je geen enkele last van de typische geluiden van een station. Je kan het stadscentrum gemakkelijk en veilig bereiken te voet. De kamers zijn proper en voorzien van al de noodzakelijke basisluxe. Geen minibar of kamers er ice. Het ontbijtbuffet is toereikend en gevarieerd. Je kan er aangenaam verblijven. Weinig tot geen last van de andere hotelgasten. Geen permanente aanwezigheid van personeel aan de ontvangstbalie. Je kan ook zelf inchecken met code. We waren tevreden en komen zeker nog terug. Prima uitvalbasis om met de trein Frankfurt of Mainz te bezoeken.

E House è la parola giusta che esprime perfettamente il concetto della struttura: qui vi sentirete come a casa vostra sia per un breve che per un lungo soggiorno. Sehr modern, stylisch und neu! Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer, das genau den Fotos entspricht! Matratze und Bettwäsche sind wirklich sehr gut, das muss ich einfach lobend erwähnen! Sorry dass ich jetzt aushole, aber diese harten ‚Plastik-Kissen‘ in manchen hochklassigen Hotels finde ich furchtbar! Hier gibt’s richtig angenehme Federkissen! Empfang super freundlich! Eschborn ist zwar nicht der Nabel der Welt, aber man ist schnell in der Frankfurter City! Haben ja bereits einige schon beschrieben! Leider war es bei meiner Ankunft nach 21 Uhr schwierig noch was zu essen zu bestellen! Der Service an der Bar hat noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben.

Was für ein tolles Hotel mit super Mitarbeitern! Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, dieses ist allerdings total aussergewöhnlich, und das liegt am immer sehr netten Personal. Und das ist keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Egal ob beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, und dort vor allem Ronja Schmitt. Ich habe selten so eine lösungsorientierte Hotelmitarbeiterin gesehen, wenn mal irgendwas nicht ganz optimal funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Zum Zentrum nach Eschborn fährt man etwa 5 Minuten, in die Frankfurter Innenstadt etwa 20 Minuten. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, dafür hat man aber Ruhe! Insgesamt 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung!

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.

A room that wasn't cleaned, two bottles of mineral water finished, quilts that were clearly used, and garbage in the trash can. After entering the room, I called the staff as soon as possible to report the situation of my room. But he just indifferently asked me if I wanted to change the blankets. It was already eleven o'clock in the evening, and for safety reasons, I did not communicate further. I really hope it's not because of racism that I am treated like this as a newcomer to Germany.

9924653123The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, das sicherlich nicht zu den besten und sichersten Vierteln der Stadt gehört (Schmutz, Obdachlosigkeit, Drogen, Kriminalität). Ich habe das Hotel bewußt trotz der Lage gebucht (es verfügt immerhin über eine gute Anbindung), war aber sehr erschrocken und erstaunt über die mangelnden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen im Hotel: Jede/r Straßenpassant/in kann ohne Probleme zu den Hotelzimmern vordringen, weil weder das Treppenhaus, noch der Fahrzug einen gesicherten Zugang haben. Mein Zimmer war recht lieblos (Flecken an den Tapeten, sehr weiche Matratzen, keine Matratzenschoner) und einfach/billig eingerichtet, was bei dem Preis nicht verwundert, und sehr hellhörig. Verwundert hat mich aber dennoch die mangelnde Sauberkeit: Haare auf dem Boden, dicke Staubschichten auf den Fußleisten, Lichtschaltern und Co. Wasserflecken auf Armaturen, Duschwand, schmutzige Toilette... Leider hat meine freundliche Bitte nach der ersten Nacht, das Zimmer nochmal gründlich zu reinigen, gar nichts gebracht. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Personal waren durchwachsen: Meine Reinigungsbitte wurde vom Morgenportier sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Der Abendportier, der für Empfang und Rechnungserstellung zuständig war, war komplett unprofessionell, überfordert und unfreundlich. Ich würde eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel NICHT empfehlen, da ich mich zum einen geekelt und zum zweiten überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt habe.

My condition worsened significantly. It was scary to be so sick abroad. I informed the front desk about this, and the staff told me they could call an ambulance, but I didn't have German insurance, so I decided to return to Korea the next day. I was very anxious that night, but the staff tried their best to reassure me, brought me water, and came to my room several times to check on me, showing great care. I am so grateful! I eventually managed to return to Korea safely and am now receiving treatment. Thank you so much for handling the emergency so well and for your concern. Your support was comforting during that day. Thank you.
Hallo, ich habe Frankfurt, Deutschland für eine Geschäftsreise besucht und in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Leider war ich in keiner guten Verfassung, da ich eine Gastroenteritis aus Korea hatte. Mein Zustand verschlechterte sich erheblich. Es war beängstigend, im Ausland so krank zu sein. Ich habe die Rezeption über diese Situation informiert, und die Mitarbeiter sagten mir, sie könnten einen Krankenwagen rufen, aber ich hatte keine deutsche Versicherung, also beschloss ich, am nächsten Tag nach Korea zurückzukehren. Ich war sehr ängstlich in dieser Nacht, aber das Personal hat sein Bestes getan, um mich zu beruhigen, sie brachten mir Wasser und kamen mehrmals in mein Zimmer, um nach mir zu sehen, sie haben sich sehr um mich gekümmert. Ich bin so dankbar! Letztendlich konnte ich sicher nach Korea zurückkehren und erhalte nun eine Behandlung. Vielen Dank dafür, dass Sie den Notfall so gut gemeistert haben und sich so um mich gekümmert haben. Ihre Unterstützung war während dieses Tages sehr beruhigend. Danke.

AAhgusThe location is a bit rough but they do a great job keeping everything clean and cozy.
Water in the shower needs a few minutes to get hot but it works fine.
Good for solo travellers who don’t mind the location.

PPengguna TetamuFür Zugreisende, die an eine Messe gehen ist das Bristol ideal. 2Minuten vom Bahnhof und 7 Minuten zum Haupteingang der Messe ( zu Fuss) sind ein gutes Argument. Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig, sauber aber nicht mehr ganz taufrisch. Die Klimaanlage liess sich leider nur auf 22° runterregeln. Danke dem ruhigen Innenhof konnte ich nachts mit offenem Fester trotzdem gut schlafen. Morgenessen ist ordentlich. Einige Strassen und der Umgebung des Hotels sind .... naja, Bahnhhofsviertel aber problemlos.
