"The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again."

"Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Kube Hotel and honestly, it was fantastic. The staff? Incredibly professional. Friendly, too. Every interaction felt genuine, and they made sure we were comfortable and taken care of from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our room was huge. Spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. Larger than we expected for a European hotel. Definitely a plus. The view of the Gulf? Absolutely stunning. We found it an easy way to relax and wind down at the end of the day. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Close proximity to everything was definitely a win.. Restaurants, nightlife, beach clubs, little shops—it’s all right there. This place really nails the balance between luxury and laid-back. We felt pampered, but never out of place. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat."

""We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM, hoping they might have a room available. But we cannot get our room until 3:00PM due to their policy, even the hotel was not full. The receptionist informed me I had two bookings in the system—one for that night and one for three months later. I was completely baffled and spent a stressful half-hour checking all my apps, worried my account had been hacked. They insisted the second booking was under my name. It took them a couple of hours to finally figure out it was their own administrative error; they had filed another guest's reservation under my name. When I finally got to the room, the disappointment continued. The room was very small. My husband and I had two big suitcases, and there was absolutely no space to store them. We had to climb over them just to get around, and we couldn't open both at the same time. Given how strict they are about the 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00am check out (which we respected), you'd expect them to have their systems in order"

"We arrived in Saint Tropez at 10pm, and got instructions from hotel how to get to the room. Around 11 pm we was next to the gate, we enter a code , in fifth time gate was open. We enter with car inside. To the right in was a hotel itself. In description we got from the hotel our room was a up at the stairs. We checked all doors! All doors was closed! We started to call to hotel , no one pick up phone ! And it was just 11 pm . We was making car signal , no one was around ! On the way back a gate was shut down !!! We was locked inside territory of the hotel! We called taxi, no one reply , coz it’s not a season ! Only one hotel with a price room 500€ sent a taxi for us ! We climbed of a wall 3 mtr to get out !!! We lest our car inside !!! In the morning taxi took us same location!!! So it is mean we enter right destination!!! Google maps also say same location we came a night before !!! Hostess texted us to took a car in the morning or she will give us fine 2000€ ! Interesting how we was supposed to took a car if a code not working??? And who was inside if after 100 car signal no one came to us ??"

"No management, property not well maintained with terrible water in the pool. Mould in bathroom. No real restaurant and basic breakfast. Minibar with no glasses or bottle opener. And dirty room on the ground floor with entrance and parking view…. Disgusting place for the high price."
