"I was recently a guest at the Promenade Hotel and I am very satisfied. Before my arrival I read some reviews and was honestly surprised – there is reported by alleged “problems”, “inoperative things” etc. After my stay I can say clearly: This is very exaggerated and leads other guests to error. In fact, everything works properly. Yes, there is an electronic check-in, but this is rather a advantage – fast, modern and uncomplicated. With me everything worked immediately and without any difficulty. I would like to emphasise the service: The young staff at the site was very friendly, always laughing and helpful. Even if you need support, everything is explained quiet and understandable to you. Conclude: clean, comfortable, modern and absolutely problemless. Clear recommendation! Andreas"

"This family hotel is a little gem! The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and decorated with great taste. The welcome is charming. Parking is a plus. Dinner was excellent. I couldn't eat one of the traditional side dishes of roast goose, very kindly it was replaced with green beans and mushrooms, all fresh and delicious! Well-stocked breakfast buffet. In short, I highly recommend and would have liked to have stayed there a little longer."

"We have booked a comfortable double room - 32 qm in friendly colors, with comfortable Kingsize bed, direct-size telephone, DU/WC, LED digital TV, minibar, kitchenette (use and dish for surcharge) incl. Free Wi-Fi -so was in the description, but what we got was a room with a lot of dust, the bed was so close to the window wall that you could only walk with effort and care, it was no minibar, no Kitchenette, no refrigerator and no Kingsize bed. The only thing that was ok was the big bathroom, however, but without, cosmetics that will be used to shower and offered in the hotel as free standard equipment! You could also exchange the headblowers! Not very friendly staff at the reception. For almost 100 euros per night (without breakfast) I would have expected something better!"

Breakfast is ok (only a sort of backbroads, packed marmelade, little fruit choice), for the price I found it a little overpriced. There is a very unpleasant chemical smell in the hall, the bed linen is equipped with strong washing parfum. Many rooms go to the street so you can't air the overheated rooms well overnight. Price/performance goes like this ..."

"4 night stay , clean comfy,friendly and very helpful staff , as we were working late our return times back from our shows was late .. the bar was kept open and on 2 occasions they open the kitchen at midnight for burgers and spaghetti Bolognese, which was delightful Great shower comfortable bed Downside was No air-con or blackout blinds , 6am sun ☀️ through my window was so HOT and blinding Would definitely book again !!! Ps breakfast was good but basic Excellent scrambled eggs 🍳"
