Hotel Dali dengan Gim

This is the first review I have written for Ctrip and I am very pleased to stay at the property. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in October and received excellent service. We visited from oversea and the owner of the property, Mr. Li, was very hospitable and arrange everything for us. He helped us booked dinners and transportation by finding the local's price and avoiding tourist trap for foreigners like us. He also upgraded us to a bigger suite with a huge terrace with a nice lake view. The property is well managed and everything is as described as listed. We also received fresh rose flower cookies as gift to taste the Yunan specialty. We had a really nice stay and are very appreciated for his service and highly recommend to other travellers whether from local or out of town.

We had a perfect couple’s stay. The hotel is spotless, the cliffside Erhai views are breathtaking, and the staff’s attentive service made us feel so welcome. Facilities are lovely, and the peaceful vibe made our trip unforgettable—we’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Dali!

這次大理旅行選擇一盞雪酒店，整體體驗特別滿意。房間打掃得一塵不染，衞生細節把控到位，床品柔軟，住起來很放鬆。酒店裝修很有特色，氛圍感十足，環境安靜。前台工作人員熱情有禮貌，辦理入住速度很快，有問題響應及時。位置出行方便，能感受到店家滿滿的用心。是一次很舒心的住宿體驗，來大理強烈推薦這家，下次再來還會優先選擇一盞雪。

The hotel offers a lot of services which add value to the stay experience. There were self-serve fresh coffee and a variety of herbs/ flower tea selection at the lobby, free laundry services, afternoon high tea and night dessert. We really appreciate passing our clothes which required laundry to the staff and return to collect freshly laundry clothes. The staff is reachable easily via WeChat. They also offer complimentary pick up from the train station. If I really have to pick on something - there is no view in the room I stayed in even though it was bright and spacious. Overall highly recommend a stay.

Had the most wonderful experience over here. The staff are extremely good service and friendly. Helpful and wonderful experience with free photography session. The breakfast was simple yet delicious ! Gorgeous hotel for photos too. Highly recommended !!!

We had a really great stay at Yunduan Nashe Homestay. Honestly everything was just smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The place is beautiful, clean, and the view is super nice – especially if you’re looking for a relaxing vibe.The room was well prepared, cozy, and felt very welcoming. Overall, no complaints at all. Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay

The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel ambience feels homey and comfortable. I rarely write reviews for my trips, but this hotel truly won my heart with its welcoming service and friendly receptionists. What surprised me the most was the hotel driver, Mr. Mars, who offered to take us to Dali Railway Station free of charge. As we needed to catch our train, he did his very best to get us there as quickly as possible. What an amazing and unforgettable service! Thank you, Mr. Mars..you truly made our day with your warm and thoughtful service.

原本訂兩晚、剛入住房間就後悔、硬是忍到半夜、實在太吵了、聯繫攜程處理提前退房。 大理洱海公園希爾頓花園 整體沿襲HILTON成熟的品牌水準，放到海外、歐美、東南亞等，大理洱海公園希爾頓花園算得上出眾。因為海外不少同級四星、五星酒店配套簡陋，沒有送餐機器人，想吃外賣必須親自下樓自取，也不配備全天候自助洗衣房，對比之下、這家酒店硬件底子是優秀的。 可放在中國差距就大了 因為同等預算，能挑選的住宿很多，和亞朵、華住旗下一眾四星連鎖酒店對比，希爾頓花園並沒有優勢。 先分享好的：服務滿分💯 💜酒店全員服務態度沒得挑，前台、保潔以及各個崗位工作人員謙和有禮。好服務，撐起了整間酒店口碑。 衞生4.5分、因為我觀察到、保潔阿姨們幾乎沒閑着、不間斷清掃地面、擦拭玻璃窗、她們即使是乘坐電梯時、也在細緻打理電梯扶手與鏡面玻璃。 ❌酒店的缺點： 外觀裝修大氣開闊，室內軟裝陳設看着上檔次，衹可惜好看衹停留在表面、奢而不實。 我分到升級後的山景房型，才發現，不是世外桃源的山景，是直面臨街馬路，是商業街後面的山景。 白天來往車流，人聲喧鬧，隔壁樓層裝修聲，尚且可以外出閑逛躲開噪音，到了晚間才算真正難熬。 客房牆體隔音超級差，像紙糊的豆腐渣工程，隔壁房交談聲、整個樓層的關門響動、聽得一清二楚，夜裡完全睡不好覺。 健身房有電動窗簾、可是、不實用 客人不能自己手動開關、必需得呼叫前台、工作人員來開關、因為遙控器衹有一個、然後電動窗簾還故障了。 健身器材是比亞朵和華住會的酒店多、可是、敗在細節“窗簾”、拉垮健身體驗感。 電動遮光窗簾，工作人員專程來操控降下窗簾，沒過片刻，簾體就自動回彈往上收起，想遮擋強光衹能反覆致電前台派人過來調試，一趟趟找人幫忙關窗簾實在折騰。 健身器械全部緊貼超大落地玻璃 大理紫外線很強，白日陽光透過整塊玻璃直直往裡照射，健身鍛鍊沒窗簾，全程等同於暴曬烘烤，悶熱刺眼。 洗衣機、烘乾機、有自助洗衣房、可是洗烘時間很長、亞朵或華住會、半小時烘乾了、希爾頓要烘兩個小時。 細節短板：亞朵或是華住會、洗烘衣服時、會有紙幣讓你填寫房號、工作人員也會主動幫忙烘、疊衣服、或是送回房間、暖心且方便。 但是、大理洱海公園希爾頓花園酒店、沒有這個服務、不僅洗烘時間長、全程衹能自己看管衣物，沒有工作人員協助收納打理，瑣碎小事格外耗費精力。 諸多小瑕疵都可以將就包容，但住宿噪音問題實在沒法勉強將就。 旅居度假，最核心剛需是安靜。 外表裝潢再精緻、服務禮數再周全，倘若沒法給到住客靜謐休憩空間，終究很難在內卷中留住回頭客源。

可以説是超級滿意了，五一價格也很實惠，雖然不在海邊，周圍好幾家在建，但是走兩分鐘就到海邊了，而且一家人服務特別好，接送，打壞了瓷瓶也不讓賠，居然還有早餐，要想住好點就選海景房，但是我覺得不是海景也很棒，馬久邑也很美人少，總之100分推薦。

Overall experience average at Dali Ocean hotel Not up to expectation for the price paid for a should be kids-friendly five star hotel in China. eg: breakfast not much choice, and also not feeling very welcome by front desk staff. When i called them through phone, they just hang up the phone without me finishing the conversation yet, this shock me. Hotel not really kids friendly. Normally what I expect from a 5 star hotel which is into kids theme hotel should be more friendly to kids like giving out some small gifts for little ones, but Dali Ocean Hotel did not have such thing. And also price paid not include visiting the oceanarium. Unexpectedly the dinner we ordered through hotel restaurant and truffle pizza (complimentary in my package) are delicious. Room view Ok, can stay for a night to experience it yourself.
