PPengguna TetamuIt is not easy for a non Chinese to travel in Leshan. Personal from this residential made it easier. They help us a lot to organise our excursions. Location is very convenient. You can't expect a common hotel. It isn't. Staying in this location is a genuine and marvellous experience of traditional Chinese facility. It is very recommended.

YYouaremysunshineThis hotel was amazing. Value for money was exceptional. The room was very large and so well designed with space for everything. The cleanliness was perfect - so clean, the decor is very nice. The shower and bath were great and bed so comfortable. The breakfast was really good for this price range with plenty of variety. The staff were very professional and friendly and helpful and efficient. The decor is much more plush than one would expect for this price. The hotel is new so looks great. It is very conveniently located near one of the eat streets that is much better than the main eatery street. Initially we were trying to find hotels by the river etc but this location is better it is quick to get anywhere by taxi anyway and the riverside hotels and location is not nice with many run down hotels. Don’t stay anywhere else as this hotel is so comfortable and perfect in every way. We would definitely stay here again. It is also great to stay here and do day trips to Emei etc. we really loved this hotel and was so pleasantly surprised with the quality. The only area for improvement would be person at door to be more proactive in assisting with bags etc.

Accommodation The room was nice and clean, providing a welcoming space to unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to cleanliness was evident, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Family-Friendly Features One of the standout features for our kids was the robot delivery service. It was exciting for them to see the robots bringing our takeout directly to our room—it added a fun twist to our dining experience! Helpful Staff The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and offered valuable recommendations for local attractions. Their insights helped us make the most of our time in Leshan, ensuring we didn’t miss any must-see spots. Amenities Another plus was the free parking available in the basement, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Considerations However, it’s worth mentioning that there was some road construction just outside the hotel during our stay. While it didn’t significantly impact our experience, it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer quieter surroundings. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel for families visiting Leshan. The combination of clean accommodations, unique features like the robot service, and helpful staff made for a memorable trip!

PPengguna TetamuWe had a generally pleasant experience staying at this property. The hotel van picked us up from the railway station too. Staff are courteous and friendly. We were provided with free bottles of water upon requests too. The only but a huge problem we encountered was a QR placard placed on the table which says SCAN FOR FREE WIFI. Upon scanning, my phone was directed to WeChat app. I just ignored it, but 2 days later when we were already in Dujiangyan, my WeChat account was suddenly blocked due to serious violation of WeChat rules. I tried everything to unblock it but none helped. I even asked assistance from Chengdu police located inside the Tianfu Square metro station but that didn’t help too. I believe some hotel staff placed that QR code in purpose.

PPengguna TetamuLe Méridien Emei was the best part of my Emei trip, especially with the bad weather. Spacious room with a nice mountain view. Loved the large bathtub — perfect for a hot soak in the cold. Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Short ride to 报国寺站 to take the bus up to Mount Emei. Breakfast mostly local, but basic options like bread, eggs and sausages available. Seems popular with families — many staying over the weekend.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI'm so impressed with this hotel/resort. It gives the vibe of luxury and comfortability. Its location is so close to Emeishan Railway Station. If you don't carry big luggage, you could wait for the bus Line 13. It's only four bus stops away, opposite a gas/patrol station. For me, I boarded a taxi from the train station and the hotel paid for it. The staff were wonderful and helpful to me. As I don't speak Chinese, they were eager to help, using the mobile translation app, to make sure my stay was comfortable and convenient. The room I stayed in was huge, with two queen size beds, decorated to accommodate a family with children. I love the big private bath tub next to a wide window, allowing you to enjoy the view. It's clearly designed for families with young children. There was even a big giant teddy bear and a tipi in the middle of the room for kids to enjoy. The hotel also has a full size swimming pool. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use it as I spent a lot of time in my huge private bath tub. I want to give special thanks to Ms. ”Little Horse” for being so welcoming and helpful. She even gave me a bottle of drinking water when I checked out and arranged a taxi for me returning to the train station. Impressive!

PPengguna TetamuThis is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.

I was on the 4th floor and didn't find it that nice in the sense that a mosquito still flew in and bit me during the night (you could hear it in the room). And because there's no solid wall separating you from the living room (there's just a shelf), there wasn't any way to effectively shut the mosquito out. The night porridge also came with a piece of hair in it so from that point on, I stopped asking for the nighttime porridge. The staff are not that nice and are actually quite rude. For example, the lady who made my milk tea and most of the front-desk staff with the exception of one. I have to shout out the shuttle driver; he was so incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome, while everyone else made me feel like a hassle. My Chinese isn't that great but I try my best, and the lady who made the free milk tea acted like a burden when I asked her to repeat things and didn't even bother explaining what it was. They are not that friendly over WeChat either compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Again, I have to shout out the shuttle driver. I never got his name but he was so cheerful and nice. He also helped unclog the toilet several times; not sure if there was some kind of plumbing issue but it clogged almost every single time and so I unfortunately called him a lot. But he was so patient and helpful every single time and he is the highlight of my stay. Everyone else should adopt his attitude rather than being cold over the WeChat customer service support chat, or basically shouting at you because you are having trouble understanding the free milk tea options.

PPengguna TetamuProbably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.
