An exceptional stay and easily one of the highlights of my time at Mount Emei. Zoland creates a rare feeling of understated luxury — beautifully designed yet completely immersed in nature. Surrounded by forest, mountain air, and total calm, it feels less like a hotel and more like a retreat. What elevated the experience even further was the staff — truly 10/10. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly thoughtful throughout the stay. If you’re visiting Mount Emei and want a stay that feels peaceful, refined, and unforgettable, this place is something special. 这次入住体验非常惊喜，可以说是我峨眉山之行最难忘的一部分。 酒店最特别的地方不是单纯的环境漂亮，而是真正做到了与自然融合。被山林环绕，空气清新安静，整体设计克制又有质感，有一种低调但高级的度假感，让人很容易慢下来。 服务团队也非常加分，工作人员热情、细致、有温度，整个入住过程都很舒服。 如果来峨眉山，想找一家安静、有品质、真正能沉浸在自然里的酒店，非常推荐这里。

Near emeishan station but not near enough to walk. Outside had a fair bit of restaurants and small convenience stores. Have a park within walking distance. Downside is the gym is quite a walk from our room (if you stay at the room with mountain view) Also, didnt manage to see the beautiful view as we left early everyday 😅

During our recent two-night stay in Leshan, we had a delightful experience at the hotel that exceeded our expectations. Accommodation The room was nice and clean, providing a welcoming space to unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to cleanliness was evident, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Family-Friendly Features One of the standout features for our kids was the robot delivery service. It was exciting for them to see the robots bringing our takeout directly to our room—it added a fun twist to our dining experience! Helpful Staff The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and offered valuable recommendations for local attractions. Their insights helped us make the most of our time in Leshan, ensuring we didn’t miss any must-see spots. Amenities Another plus was the free parking available in the basement, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Considerations However, it’s worth mentioning that there was some road construction just outside the hotel during our stay. While it didn’t significantly impact our experience, it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer quieter surroundings. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel for families visiting Leshan. The combination of clean accommodations, unique features like the robot service, and helpful staff made for a memorable trip!

楠苑早就躺在我的收藏列表裡，算算少説也有兩年了，這次終於實地感受，滿心期待之下絲毫沒有失望，反倒多了不少驚喜。 妥妥的大隱於市，整棟院落是留存下來的明清川南民居古建，經政府修繕後化作民宿，依城牆而建，滿滿的“嘉州古韻”。 位置在樂山老城區，文廟、海棠公園、上中順街區全都在步行範圍內，吃喝玩樂十分方便。店家還貼心安排了免費接送站服務，自駕也能免費停車；雖説身處老巷，道路稍窄些，車子正常進出完全沒問題。 這次我們入住的楠苑左三，雖然空間不算闊綽，但設施一應俱全。最讓人驚喜的是衞生條件，這般百年老宅能收拾得一塵不染，實在難得。 服務更是暖心到位，剛入住就備好歡迎水果，入夜還會送晚燉（不過我們回來得比較晚就沒要）；店總十分熱忱，細細講解老宅的過往淵源，領着我們逛遍4座院落。店裡備好了各式漢服與拍照道具，也能親手體驗漆扇製作，遊玩體驗感拉滿。早餐的麪也很好吃。 巷外是老城煙火，院內卻格外靜謐安寧，鬧中取靜。夜裡循着紅砂巖古城牆散步，忽然想起那句“今人不見古時月，今月曾經照古人”，想來百餘年前，也曾有人同我們一般，在此攬晚風、望月色，一瞬便讀懂了古院獨有的浪漫。

The good: - the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei - the staff are very friendly The bad: - the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony. - only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food. - the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere. - various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included. - when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it. Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

We booked 3 rooms for 7 pax for our recent trip to Ermeishan. Greeted by friendly front office staffs. Staffs are very helpful, they help us to book rides to both bus station and train station. Let us store our luggage bags when we went for our Ermeishan day-trip. It's a beautiful hotel with nice garden, indoor hot springs pool and swimming pool. Our rooms are spacious, family friendly themed with a hot spring tub for soaking. I appreciated the upgrade to suite for me and wife. All of us enjoy the spacious suite, we have our snacks and chit chat session for the evening. Breakfast was good, varieties to select from. Overall, we have to e a pleasant stay here, wish we could stay an extra day to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities . Highly recommended this hotel to any travellers to Ermeishan.

The hotel's facilities are excellent. Beautiful design, layout, the breakfast area is nice as well, the hot springs are pretty and well designed. The room is also lovely, spacious and I booked a double room and they upgraded for one with a varanda. When I checked into my room, there was a very loud, constant noise of water dripping on the foyer. They fixed this quickly, however, the staff was a bit resistant in putting me in another varanda room, they wanted to put me in a normal double, but I said no and they relented. The women at reception, with whom I talked about this, were not the nicest, not as welcoming and friendly as other hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was pretty weak for a 4 star hotel, on trip it says that they have Western options but these are minimal, I suggest you remove this from the hotel's informations, as it is misleading. Lastly, the toilet cover's underside was dirty as shows the picture, but this was the only cleanliness complaint the rest was great. Hot springs were marvelous, best part of the hotel, going there after a long day was amazing, really loved them. All in all, despite these complaints, the experience in the hotel was very, very good. I specially liked the springs, room and design of it.

This is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.

Spa Hotel in Emeishan - a True Oasis of Relaxation An exceptional wellness retreat with a great selection of thermal pools, including special healing water pools that leave your skin incredibly soft. The Himalayan salt rooms are deeply calming, and the overall design invites complete relaxation. A perfect place to unwind after exploring Mount Emei serene, clean, and beautifully maintained. Highly recommended for anyone seeking rest and rejuvenation.

Probably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.
