Hotel Leshan dengan Kolam Renang

I can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

The good: - the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei - the staff are very friendly The bad: - the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony. - only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food. - the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere. - various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included. - when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it. Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

Zhongzhu Mountain Hotel has a stunning location, nestled right on the edge of a lush forest. It is the most tranquil setting you could ask for with a beautiful lake, green bamboo and large trees all around. The hot spring indoor and outdoor pools were just what we needed after a day at Emei Mountain. The service provided was so helpful and courteous throughout our stay, from reception to house keeping, hot spring areas to restaurant staff to concierge. The breakfast buffet was excellent with high quality Chinese and Western choices. We also loved the walkway around the lake in the hotel ground as well as the paths along the stream and forests a short distance from the hotel entrance. I also enjoyed the activities provided for guests - calligraphy session and fragrant pouch making session. Our three night stay was most enjoyable and relaxing. We would like to return one day.

Sebagai seorang pengusaha hotel, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini dan ingin memberikan ulasan ini dengan ikhlas. Ia sangat dekat dengan Stesen Kereta Api Berkelajuan Tinggi Emeishan, kira-kira 10 minit dengan teksi. Persekitaran hotel juga sangat bagus, dengan unsur panda di lobi. Apabila kami mendaftar masuk, wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bersemangat merancang jadual perjalanan kami dan mengesyorkan makanan tempatan. Dia tersenyum sepanjang proses itu, yang membuatkan orang ramai berasa sangat peramah. Bilik itu hebat, sangat luas, dengan sofa, tandas dan bilik mandi dipisahkan, dan ia sangat bersih. Kami pergi untuk bertanya tentang tempat untuk snek larut malam pada kira-kira jam 10 malam. Dia dengan sangat bersemangat mengatakan bahawa dia akan segera keluar dari kerja dan menghantar kami ke tempat berdekatan untuk snek lewat malam, dan membawa kami ke sana. Barbeku di restoran itu rasanya sungguh sedap, terima kasih banyak! Sarapan pagi dihidangkan dari pukul 7 hingga 10. Terdapat banyak masa, ia agak kaya, dan persekitaran restoran juga sangat baik. Walaupun saya agak kecewa kerana tidak melihat sebarang monyet sepanjang perjalanan ke Emei ini, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi dan saya akan memilihnya lagi lain kali saya berpeluang! 在峨眉山烏蘭度假酒店度過了堪稱完美的家庭假日，這份愜意與高級感，值得好好記錄。 關於環境——酒店坐落在峨眉山腳下，160畝的東南亞風情園林被山色温柔環抱。漫步園中，棕櫚搖曳，湖面黑天鵝悠然遊弋，隨手一拍便是度假大片。錯落的獨棟別墅掩映在綠植間，靜謐得幾乎聽不到城市的聲音，衹有鳥鳴與風聲相伴。 關於私湯温泉別墅家庭雙卧——200多平的私密空間，東南亞風實木傢俱與藤編裝飾質感極佳。獨立的私家庭院裏，24小時私湯泡池隨時可享。暮色時分全家泡在暖湯裏，遠眺峨眉山巒疊翠，抬頭便是漫天星空，那種被自然温柔包裹的鬆弛感，千金不換。房間配備金可兒床墊、全屋地暖、智能衞浴，備品是巴寶莉，依雲水無限供應——細節處處透着不張揚的講究。 最想感謝的是前台妹妹小丁。 從抵店前主動加微信溝通需求、發送活動安排，到入住時早已安排好相鄰卧室，讓爸爸媽媽和三個孩子既親密又互不打擾。考慮到三個小傢伙年齡不同、精力旺盛，小丁特意協調了離小童樂園和叢林穿越區最近的別墅，免去來回奔波；入住時，三套小童洗漱用品、床圍、帳篷和專屬小拖鞋早已整齊備好，連不同年齡段的水杯都做了區分。每天出行，接駁車總是幾分鐘內抵達；外賣送到前台，她總會安排人妥帖送至房間。更貼心的是離店當天，小丁主動幫我們申請了延時退房，讓我們全家多享受了半日悠閑時光，不用趕時間收拾，孩子們還多玩了一輪小火車——這些超越程式化的細膩，讓五星級硬件有了温度。 關於餐飲——雲鵑閣全日餐廳的自助早餐，地道峨眉豆腐腦、蛋烘糕喚醒味蕾；晚餐的羊肉湯鍋，羊肉從內蒙空運，鮮香軟爛。下午在大堂吧喝杯咖啡，看湖景發呆，時間彷彿都慢了下來。 親子體驗同樣出色——700平米的小童樂園、叢林穿越、樹拓攀爬、環湖小火車，每天還有手工、篝火派對等主題活動。三個孩子玩到不肯走，大人徹底解放雙手。 臨別時全家一致決定——下次來峨眉，還住烏蘭，還找小丁。 有些酒店讓人記住的是風景，而這裏讓人記住的是被妥帖安放的每一刻。

參加擊劍比賽，極限住店，晚上18：00到店，週日8：00離店。升級到晚霞山景房，房內温泉是泡過的最舒服的温泉。贈送的晚餐誠意滿滿，讓沒時間旅遊的我們，一站式體驗到峨眉美食。早餐送到房間的服務更是驚艷。管家李女士，服務周到，讓我們賓至如歸。為了單純住這家酒店，下次要再來多一次峨眉山好好度假。

We booked 3 rooms for 7 pax for our recent trip to Ermeishan. Greeted by friendly front office staffs. Staffs are very helpful, they help us to book rides to both bus station and train station. Let us store our luggage bags when we went for our Ermeishan day-trip. It's a beautiful hotel with nice garden, indoor hot springs pool and swimming pool. Our rooms are spacious, family friendly themed with a hot spring tub for soaking. I appreciated the upgrade to suite for me and wife. All of us enjoy the spacious suite, we have our snacks and chit chat session for the evening. Breakfast was good, varieties to select from. Overall, we have to e a pleasant stay here, wish we could stay an extra day to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities . Highly recommended this hotel to any travellers to Ermeishan.

Great service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

It is a bit run down but it suits your needs. I was on the 4th floor and didn't find it that nice in the sense that a mosquito still flew in and bit me during the night (you could hear it in the room). And because there's no solid wall separating you from the living room (there's just a shelf), there wasn't any way to effectively shut the mosquito out. The night porridge also came with a piece of hair in it so from that point on, I stopped asking for the nighttime porridge. The staff are not that nice and are actually quite rude. For example, the lady who made my milk tea and most of the front-desk staff with the exception of one. I have to shout out the shuttle driver; he was so incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome, while everyone else made me feel like a hassle. My Chinese isn't that great but I try my best, and the lady who made the free milk tea acted like a burden when I asked her to repeat things and didn't even bother explaining what it was. They are not that friendly over WeChat either compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Again, I have to shout out the shuttle driver. I never got his name but he was so cheerful and nice. He also helped unclog the toilet several times; not sure if there was some kind of plumbing issue but it clogged almost every single time and so I unfortunately called him a lot. But he was so patient and helpful every single time and he is the highlight of my stay. Everyone else should adopt his attitude rather than being cold over the WeChat customer service support chat, or basically shouting at you because you are having trouble understanding the free milk tea options.
