From the moment I arrived at SFEEL, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an impeccable attention to detail that set the tone for a perfect stay. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with luxurious bedding, modern amenities, and a breathtaking view of the city/ocean. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Dining was a highlight—each meal at the on-site restaurants was an experience in itself. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, while the dinner menu showcased a fine balance of local flavors and international cuisine. The hotel’s amenities were equally outstanding. The spa provided a serene escape with world-class treatments, and the pool area was a peaceful oasis complete with attentive service. The fitness center was also well-equipped and clean. What truly set this hotel apart was its ability to combine elegance with genuine hospitality. Whether you’re traveling for business, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing vacation, I can’t recommend Sfeel highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The place was great. I especially liked the help I got from the receptionists in some personal tasks I had to carry out (booking tickets etc.). They did go the extra mile and I am very thankful for that. I also liked the room in general.

Family-Friendly Features One of the standout features for our kids was the robot delivery service. It was exciting for them to see the robots bringing our takeout directly to our room—it added a fun twist to our dining experience! Helpful Staff The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and offered valuable recommendations for local attractions. Their insights helped us make the most of our time in Leshan, ensuring we didn’t miss any must-see spots. Amenities Another plus was the free parking available in the basement, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Considerations However, it’s worth mentioning that there was some road construction just outside the hotel during our stay. While it didn’t significantly impact our experience, it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer quieter surroundings. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel for families visiting Leshan. The combination of clean accommodations, unique features like the robot service, and helpful staff made for a memorable trip!

We loved our stay here! The hotel is perfect for those who want to experience a little bit of jungle flair without sacrificing too much on luxury. The staff was increadeble friendly, took care of our transport to and from the hotel and also provided plenty of information and equipment for our day trips. The breakfast was included and delicious as well.

Tried to organise our free pick up from the railway to the hotel the day before arrival but they told me to call on the day an hour before arrival to arrange so I did. Arrived at the station and no one was there to pick us up. Called them to ask where our driver was and they said they didn't organise it. Caught a taxi to the hotel ourselves instead. No apology from the staff, only an excuse that they didn't know. Got to our room and the didn't even have normal towels. They instead had very sad disposable towels of which one was stained when we opened the new packet. The room is spacious and cleanliness was just ok. There were some rubbish on the floor and many mosquitos in the room when we checked in, the mosquito plug didn't really help. At least they had a smart toilet since it's one of those places where you're not allowed to flush toilet paper down. Glad the room was not expensive.

Very good place to stay if you are visiting Emeishan Golden Buddha.The ticketing office is just 5 minutes walking and you can get your entrance ticket ;bus and cable car.This area is like a small town but there are many restaurants and price is cheap.Free laundry and hot spring bath area is available.The room comes with simple breakfast as well.

Probably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.

The facilities are a bit old, but the service is excellent. Staff were very helpful even though I don’t speak Chinese. They offered free breakfast and explained the return cable car route. Dinner at the hotel was delicious — I recommend it. Go early for the sunrise, as it gets very crowded. I left the hotel at 8:00 and still caught the 11:55 high-speed train from Emeishan to Chengdu East easily. Buy round-trip tickets in advance if possible. As a Japanese traveler, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you for the amazing experience — I’ll never forget visiting Mount Emei.

Our stay at this inn in Leshan was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the kindest and most earnest lady welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. She gave us amazing tips for dinner and visiting the Giant Buddha, which made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The inn itself is a true gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with heated beds and toilets that were perfect for the cool weather. Not many hotels out there with heated beddings and toilet seats. Not only that there is good heating with a radiator together with an air conditioner. The outdoor garden was another highlight—beautifully maintained and filled with fresh, vibrant greenery. It was such a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the morning air. What made the stay unforgettable, though, was the lady who runs the place. Her warmth and dedication are unmatched. Even when we tried to tip her to thank her for her hospitality, she gently refused, saying she was just grateful for each guest who stayed. If you’re visiting Leshan, this inn is a must. Between the cozy amenities, beautiful garden, and heartfelt service, it’s the kind of place that leaves you with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is beyond beautiful and just a 5mins walk from Leshan train station! Below the hotel there are so many nice food to eat and the venue is also a 15mins walk to the nearest shopping mall! The room we had was beautifully decorated, the amenities amazing and it was very cozy. Really like this place and recommend it! Thanks for hosting us again!
