Amazingly clean hotel with tip top service. Breakfast was great and delicious. Many small touches in the room made it a lovely experience such as complimentary fruits basket, a bad with a note with some scented amenities, tea leaves for tea set instead of the usual tea bags, Japanese style toilet bowl. You can arrange for a pickup from the train station 1 day earlier if you are arriving by train. The hotel is a out halfway up the mountain. There is a shuttle bus station right outside the hotel where u can take to near the peak. Also right beside the hotel is a 1-2km walking path to 1 of the sights - well worth a walk with the scenery along the wa

I can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

Such a clean and beautiful hotel! Every corner is thoughtfully decorated with flowers to add on to the charm of the place. The staff was warn and was very helpful to give me tips for eating and travelling. The reception helped me to arrange for my luggage to be delivered to the hotel first so that I have more time to visit the Golden Summit as soon as I reached the train station. The breakfast was nutritious and had a good selection, even freshly cooked noodles. Highly recommended!

Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

The good: - the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei - the staff are very friendly The bad: - the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony. - only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food. - the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere. - various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included. - when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it. Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

Initially, we thought our room included a private in-room hot spring. When we checked in, we learned that it did not. However, we were offered the option to pay for an upgraded room with a private hot spring. We were glad we paid extra for that upgrade, even though it was a bit out of our budget. We truly enjoyed the in-room facilities and the nearby public hot spring. This resort hotel also offered free classes during our stay, where we were taught how to make sachet bags and were able to keep the finished products as souvenirs. Overall, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Sebagai seorang pengusaha hotel, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini dan ingin memberikan ulasan ini dengan ikhlas. Ia sangat dekat dengan Stesen Kereta Api Berkelajuan Tinggi Emeishan, kira-kira 10 minit dengan teksi. Persekitaran hotel juga sangat bagus, dengan unsur panda di lobi. Apabila kami mendaftar masuk, wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bersemangat merancang jadual perjalanan kami dan mengesyorkan makanan tempatan. Dia tersenyum sepanjang proses itu, yang membuatkan orang ramai berasa sangat peramah. Bilik itu hebat, sangat luas, dengan sofa, tandas dan bilik mandi dipisahkan, dan ia sangat bersih. Saya juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih istimewa kepada seorang lelaki yang memakai cermin mata di meja depan. Kami pergi untuk bertanya tentang tempat untuk snek larut malam pada kira-kira jam 10 malam. Dia dengan sangat bersemangat mengatakan bahawa dia akan segera keluar dari kerja dan menghantar kami ke tempat berdekatan untuk snek lewat malam, dan membawa kami ke sana. Barbeku di restoran itu rasanya sungguh sedap, terima kasih banyak! Sarapan pagi dihidangkan dari pukul 7 hingga 10. Terdapat banyak masa, ia agak kaya, dan persekitaran restoran juga sangat baik. Walaupun saya agak kecewa kerana tidak melihat sebarang monyet sepanjang perjalanan ke Emei ini, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi dan saya akan memilihnya lagi lain kali saya berpeluang! 參加擊劍比賽，極限住店，晚上18：00到店，週日8：00離店。升級到晚霞山景房，房內温泉是泡過的最舒服的温泉。贈送的晚餐誠意滿滿，讓沒時間旅遊的我們，一站式體驗到峨眉美食。早餐送到房間的服務更是驚艷。管家李女士，服務周到，讓我們賓至如歸。為了單純住這家酒店，下次要再來多一次峨眉山好好度假。

We had a generally pleasant experience staying at this property. The hotel van picked us up from the railway station too. Staff are courteous and friendly. We were provided with free bottles of water upon requests too. The only but a huge problem we encountered was a QR placard placed on the table which says SCAN FOR FREE WIFI. Upon scanning, my phone was directed to WeChat app. I just ignored it, but 2 days later when we were already in Dujiangyan, my WeChat account was suddenly blocked due to serious violation of WeChat rules. I tried everything to unblock it but none helped. I even asked assistance from Chengdu police located inside the Tianfu Square metro station but that didn’t help too. I believe some hotel staff placed that QR code in purpose.

Great service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
