Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Leshan

Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

楠苑早就躺在我的收藏列表裡，算算少説也有兩年了，這次終於實地感受，滿心期待之下絲毫沒有失望，反倒多了不少驚喜。 妥妥的大隱於市，整棟院落是留存下來的明清川南民居古建，經政府修繕後化作民宿，依城牆而建，滿滿的“嘉州古韻”。 位置在樂山老城區，文廟、海棠公園、上中順街區全都在步行範圍內，吃喝玩樂十分方便。店家還貼心安排了免費接送站服務，自駕也能免費停車；雖説身處老巷，道路稍窄些，車子正常進出完全沒問題。 這次我們入住的楠苑左三，雖然空間不算闊綽，但設施一應俱全。最讓人驚喜的是衞生條件，這般百年老宅能收拾得一塵不染，實在難得。 服務更是暖心到位，剛入住就備好歡迎水果，入夜還會送晚燉（不過我們回來得比較晚就沒要）；店總十分熱忱，細細講解老宅的過往淵源，領着我們逛遍4座院落。店裡備好了各式漢服與拍照道具，也能親手體驗漆扇製作，遊玩體驗感拉滿。早餐的麪也很好吃。 巷外是老城煙火，院內卻格外靜謐安寧，鬧中取靜。夜裡循着紅砂巖古城牆散步，忽然想起那句“今人不見古時月，今月曾經照古人”，想來百餘年前，也曾有人同我們一般，在此攬晚風、望月色，一瞬便讀懂了古院獨有的浪漫。

If you’re planning to go up to Mount Emei Golden Summit early to beat the crowd, Linggongli, which is located at mid-levels of Mount Emei, is a great place to put up the night. This place may not have many hotels and this hotel may not have many rooms but has air conditioning, floor heating and bed heating that ensures you can sleep comfortably even during nights with freezing temperatures. The rooms are super clean and staffs super friendly. We booked the 3 extended courtyard rooms and had our afternoon tea session on day of arrival. The hotel serves early breakfast upon request and we had one of our best dinners in a private room that night. What’s more incredible is we literally walked 1 minute to the Scenic Area Entrance to start our short journey up to the Golden Summit early. There were no long queues for the bus ride and cable car up. We were early to view the sea of clouds and got to see the sun rising above it. On our way down, the tour group crowds started swarming upwards but likewise we had we didn’t encounter cable car and bus queues.

I arrived almost midnight, since I can’t read Chinese characters, I walked along the alley to look for the hotel , as I have already walked pass the hotel , I heard a woman asked me .. which hotel I looked for , then I told her Chenyuan hotel.. I was so surprised , she is the owner of the hotel and took me to the lobby area.  The lady boss is really nice person, she explained everything about the Mount Emei pilgrimage. 🙏🙏 The hotel room is really nice  ( exactly like the picture ), the bed is really cozy.  I have a very good sleep, I stayed for 2 nights. All the amenities is complete 😍😍 In the future if I want to go back to Mount Emei, I will definitely will choose this hotel  again.   Thank you so much.  And I wish the lady boss has a prosperous business 🙏🙏

房間還是很乾凈的。對比一般經濟型酒店來講，性價比已經非常的高了。實事求是，老闆很好，還來高鐵站接我們，我們訂的雙床，看我們3個人還幫我們免費升級了房間。非常不錯的一晚上。

Location-wise, this hotel is really good for visiting Mt. Emei (Emeishan) because it is very close to Baoguo Temple. I walked from the hotel to Baoguo Temple during my trip since I wasn't heading to the summit, but you can easily book buses and cable car tours nearby. Food-wise, I didn't eat in the immediate area because the restaurants seemed very touristy. Instead, I took a Didi to the town center for food, which was also very close by. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the property is old, so the rooms aren't in the best condition (dust in visible places). The toilet door in my room was broken, and I even saw a small cockroach in the bathroom. The rooms definitely need improvement. The staff, however, were very friendly! Since my room was upstairs and there was no lift, they kindly helped me carry my luggage.

The receptionist and the exterior appearance of the hotel look good and welcoming. However, the room itself feels quite old. The bathroom is designed in black color, including the toilet bowl, which makes it difficult to tell whether it is properly cleaned. In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom is quite low. The hot spring is open-air and does not provide much privacy, so it was not very comfortable to use. The breakfast selection is simple but still nice and healthy, with items such as buns, potatoes, soya milk, and vegetables. The location is good and within walking distance to Baoguo Temple. The Emeishan Baoguo Temple bus station, which is the pickup point for sightseeing buses, is about a 5-minute drive away. However, walking there is not very convenient as there is only a road and no proper pedestrian walkway.

“以這個價格，能享受到這樣的服務和環境，衹能用‘驚喜’來形容！地理位置無敵，步行到地鐵站和主要景點都很近，省下了不少交通費和時間。房間不算特別大，但設計得非常巧妙，儲物空間充足，乾濕分離的衞生間也做得很棒。最重要的是，床品太舒服了，一夜好眠。可以説把錢都花在了刀刃上，是聰明旅行者的絕佳選擇。”

Probably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Leshan and was thoroughly impressed with almost every aspect of the experience. The location was excellent—just a short distance from the Leshan Giant Buddha and within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, and the riverfront. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The only drawback was the limited in-room amenities. While the basics were covered, items like quality toiletries, snacks, or a stocked minibar were either minimal or missing altogether. There was also a noticeable lack of small conveniences, such as extra pillows or bottled water without having to request them. That said, the comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch location more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leshan—especially those who value a peaceful and convenient place to stay over luxurious extras.
