PPengguna TetamuIt is not easy for a non Chinese to travel in Leshan. Personal from this residential made it easier. They help us a lot to organise our excursions. Location is very convenient. You can't expect a common hotel. It isn't. Staying in this location is a genuine and marvellous experience of traditional Chinese facility. It is very recommended.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis place is in the mountain about 1000m elevation. It is right beside Wan Nian temple and is very peaceful here. We took the Emeishan tourist bus from the base to Wan Nian bus station. The host greeted us here and drove us up to his hotel. Alternatively you may take the cable car from the wan Nian bus station up and walk 5mins to the hotel or walk an hour without the cable car. The host’s family is very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay here for a week. We had several meals here and they were all delicious. The room we stayed in was upgraded to the highest level with a great view of the mountains. The sound of the forest was simply relaxing except for the morning roosters call 😅 Overall a great experience here and hope to return in future.

SSoendoro SoedjonoI arrived almost midnight, since I can’t read Chinese characters, I walked along the alley to look for the hotel , as I have already walked pass the hotel , I heard a woman asked me .. which hotel I looked for , then I told her Chenyuan hotel.. I was so surprised , she is the owner of the hotel and took me to the lobby area.  The lady boss is really nice person, she explained everything about the Mount Emei pilgrimage. 🙏🙏 The hotel room is really nice  ( exactly like the picture ), the bed is really cozy.  I have a very good sleep, I stayed for 2 nights. All the amenities is complete 😍😍 In the future if I want to go back to Mount Emei, I will definitely will choose this hotel  again.   Thank you so much.  And I wish the lady boss has a prosperous business 🙏🙏

PPengguna TetamuWe had the most incredible experience staying at this hotel apartment! The customer service was truly the best we’ve ever had. Despite accidentally booking the wrong dates, they accommodated us without hesitation. Our original room was unavailable, but instead of downsizing, they generously gave us two rooms at no extra charge. Beyond that, their kindness went above and beyond—when my friend lost his phone in a cab late at night, the owner personally spent an hour making calls to track it down. Thanks to their efforts, the police returned the phone in the middle of the night! The apartments themselves are spacious, spotless, and set in a quiet, peaceful village—perfect for a relaxing stay. We can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 service and hospitality!

DDavidlim1288This is truly a zen hotel. Total relaxation even before we visit Mount Emeishan which unluckily for me it was a raining day at Mt Emei and I was unable to fully enjoy the scenic area. However the hotel experience somehow make up to the disappointment and I have a very relax holiday at this hot spring resort instead. The bonus was it was only a short walk to Baguo Temple. This hotel is highly recommended and the tatami room is large and the bed.... Nice!!!

Ketika kami tiba di Stesen Emeishan hujan renyai-renyai. Saya bimbang tidak dapat menaiki teksi, jadi saya menelefon hotel dan bos wanita datang menjemput saya menaiki keretanya. Saya sangat terharu! Jika saya perlu nitpick, tiada pemegang untuk gel mandian dan syampu di dalam bilik mandi. Untuk mandi, anda perlu meletakkan gel mandian di atas lantai bilik mandi atau di pegangan pintu gelongsor bilik mandi. Ia tidak mudah. Saya harap kedai boleh melakukannya. Tambahkan pendirian pada bilik mandi anda. Semua yang lain baik-baik saja. Jika saya datang ke Emeishan lain kali, saya akan terus tinggal di sini. Lokasinya juga tiada tandingan, kurang daripada 100 meter berjalan kaki ke Pusat Pengangkutan Penumpang Pelancong, dan sangat mudah untuk menaiki bas mendaki gunung. Kat bawah ni ada macam-macam restoran yang selesa untuk makan tapi nak ingatkan ada restoran tempatan bernama Dihao.Jangan pergi sana.Mahal tak sedap.Entah kenapa banyak sangat. diorang. sangka sedap sebab ramai, tapi rasa tertipu. . Anda mesti membeli sarung kasut semasa mendaki gunung pada musim sejuk. Jika hujan turun di kaki gunung, pasti ada salji di atas gunung. Sarung kasut adalah alat pendakian anti-gelincir! Tidak sampai setengah jam menaiki bas, landskap hijau bertukar menjadi landskap bersalji putih!

VVanessa The location for this hotel was amazing! It was right on the river and it also was right next to the food street, which was so fun and bustling full of energy. It only took an 8 min car ride to get to the Leshan Buddha statue by car. This is hotel’s infrastructure is old but the actual rooms look newly updated. It has a nice projector, although we could never figure out how to increase the sound (so you might need to check with them), and it has comfortable beds and a tub. The tub in our first room didn’t drain so we had to switch rooms. Then the tub in the second one drained even when the plug was in so we needed to make a quick bath. But for staying one night, these inconveniences didn’t bother us. The best thing about this hotel was being close to the food street and just walking out our hotel door conveniently to try all the Leshan delicacies. We also enjoyed walking along the river and seeing the ayis dance and the mini stands selling things. You could walk to the buddha view in just 10 min too.

AAsia Traveler from GERI recently stayed at a hotel in Leshan and was thoroughly impressed with almost every aspect of the experience. The location was excellent—just a short distance from the Leshan Giant Buddha and within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, and the riverfront. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The only drawback was the limited in-room amenities. While the basics were covered, items like quality toiletries, snacks, or a stocked minibar were either minimal or missing altogether. There was also a noticeable lack of small conveniences, such as extra pillows or bottled water without having to request them. That said, the comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch location more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leshan—especially those who value a peaceful and convenient place to stay over luxurious extras.
